    Company calls 3xs a day. Ive never given them my number. I block their number and they call from multiple numbers. I want them to stop calling. Im also on the do call list since 2008.

    Im getting a deluge of scam calls claiming to offer healthcare plans for small businesses. The vast majority of those are coming from numbers owned by Peerless Networks.It appears this company doesnt do any basic due diligence when it gives out numbers, and it seems to have no interest in preventing spam calls from their infrastructure.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am continuing to receive spam calls originating from Peerless Network. These calls from multiple different numbers. It's not feasible to just block a single number or report it for fraud, since these spammers will just use another number provided by Peerless Network. 

    The only satisfactory solution here is for Peerless Network to block all calls to my phone number from their systems, or for the spam calls from Peerless Network to actually stop.

    It appears that they allow scammers to utilize their network and tools. I attempted to use their online reporting system, but it doesn't even function properly. It's surprising that they remain in operation, given that they are the second most exploited system by phone scammers.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    there not taking down the numbers and accounts that are clearly scamming people. I'm working on bringing awareness that there not doing there investigative work and its been years.

    there allowing scam operations to continue running when they need a better reporting system. i have submitted to them over 100+ times in the last few years. and with no response and the same scams run wild on there services.
    since 2019 phone scams have gone up ****% NO JOKE. these company's are allowing scammers to continue to scam. If i report a number the line should be immediately investigated. and if there is any sign of a real scam suspend there account and find the owner. i understand some owners may of gotten there account compromised but i truly feel it they see the evidences they could just end the account.

    I keep getting unsolicited, overwhelming excessive robocalls from ***************. My number, ************, is registered on the *** registry , however, the calls continue in complete disregard for the law.

(Peerless) is in receipt of the above referenced complaint.  Peerless is a certified telecommunications carrier providing telecommunications services to carrier customers.  Peerless did not make the telephone calls that are the subject of this complaint.  Peerless is not a telemarketer and does not make any solicitation or telemarketing calls.  Nonetheless, to the extent Peerless receives complaints or requests that consumers not be called, Peerless provides that information to its customers and requests that they take appropriate action, including putting telephone numbers on their Do Not Call List.  However, in this case, Consumer did not provide the telephone number making the unwanted calls or the number receving the calls.  If the consumer provides this information, Peerless will contact the customer and request that calls cease to Consumers telephone number.  Consumer can provide this information directly to Peerless via email *********************************************** or can call ************.     I am on the do not call list I keep getting calls from a peerless network at first it was a robo call then they left a message to push 1 to talk to a mediation specialist and I did call back they threatened to *** me had a case on me I called County clerks office they said a scam so I blocked them they keep on calling from different number I received a text message to call *********************** and I asked what is this regarding she said I had an installment loan from check n to cash which I never did and asked for the original creditors contact information they refused so I called them they said I owed no such debt and it's not on my credit report this is a scam the phone number is ********** they keep calling I filled a report with the ftc next Step I'm calling my local police because their threatening people to scam them

    I continually receive voicemail messages from ************ stating that an outstanding account and that I need to go to the following website to make arrangements www.gotopcn.com. I have researched this phone number and it is registered with the Peerless Network of **************. I have blocked the number and deleted the voicemail messages, but want the calls to stop. I also would like this information share so that others will know this is a scam.

    They will not stop calling me they call me day and night I have blocked their calls but they call me from another phone number I'm tired of them harassing me I never asked for their phone calls and I wish them to stop calling me and leaving me alone I don't know how I ever ever got hooked up with this company I'm not sure but they keep harassing me with phone calls which I want to stop immediately and if they say they don't call you they are wrong because they are the ones that call you on the phone and harass you so when they say they don't make tell a phone calls they sure do and they will not stop harassing me the number they're calling from if peerless Network of ************ so if that's not them calling me then who was calling me they lie when they say they do not make contact with you but yes they do all I want is to be left alone and no more phone calls whatsoever thank you

    This holding ******* of ********** has been making on average 10 calls per day to my mobile phone soliciting benefits for social security. The ******* uses ANI blocked DID numbers that reveal no caller id info. ********************** is facilitating a foreign ******* call center to produce these calls. They have shell companies such as COGENCY Global that further entangle their fraud. This should be directed to the *** but lets find out what they have to say about this complaint.
