5 starsWe just booked our Vacations By Rail tour with ***** for ************* Great National Parks. He was very knowledgeable and we were happy with all the detailed information he sent **. ***** was very patient with all of the questions we had and answered them all. We booked and paid in full online for 2 Adults with 2 Rooms. The online payment portal computes the changes in cost based on # of adults and # of rooms requested + any additional activity/excursions required. Now, an agent calls (*******) and state the cost should be more due to the number of rooms inferring that the online payment portal has computed in error. If with booking there is error to begin with how can we have trust other arrangements would be right when we are actually in foreign country.

In your situation, we contacted you the same day you booked, refunded you in full and corrected the error in our system. 5 starsOur Vacations By Rail experience was a wonderful experience. I wish to compliment the *************** in ******. Owner *************************** personally gave us historical tour of his restaurant and the mini museum it houses. Wow! *****, our guide, for ********************* was excellent! The private transfers were quality and our even our final trip to airport ended with another detailed historical explanation of passing architecture and the rulers responsible. My journal records our experiences. It is over 45 pages long. I am happy to recommend Agent ******! We will be sure to use Vacations By Rail again.Review fromAnita P

5 starsThis was our first trip through Vacations By Rail and our Rail Travel Specialist, Efi Panagiotaros, was extremely helpful in planning and coordinating two back to back trips, including our pre-tour and mid-tour lodgings/activities. We had to reschedule twice due to the pandemic and *** handled all the adjustments expertly. We had many questions and she was prompt, patient and knowledgeable in replying to us. Our tour guide, ******* on the second tour was also excellent and from the area we were visiting which made the tour very meaningful. Would definitely recommend this tour company.**************
