trash absolute trash sending "bills" to collection a year and half later after having to go there twice for a cold. the first visit and second visit were actually fine i paid in full for the first visit with no insurance no problem. after still not being better after a few days i was instructed by them to come back which i did. the second visit i wasn't suppose to be charge since i was there only a a few days before hand which wow i thought was great and honestly was pretty happy about how they handled this situation i wasnt a pain or even asked for it for free they did it and offered it since i was just there. they said i was good to go no charge. now a year and a half later now that i have been charged for a second visit the only way i knew about this bill was because i was sent to collection i never got a bill for the second visit or even an attempt at calling me about it nothing they just sent me to collection for a free visit their words not mine. now when i call them they have no records they can give me can give me, they cant give me bill for it they cant defend themselves for why they would send me to collection and not try to contact me about an outstanding bill. this is why everyone hates the medical industry you guys are a bunch of scammers and shouldn't be used.WellNow Urgent Care

Do not go to the WellNow in ********, **. They don't even have a doctor on site. You'll see a Physician's Assistant posing as a doctor. I spent $150 with insurance just for them to take my temperature and prescribe a drug that would have aggravated a pre-existing condition (that he never asked about) if hadn't researched it.WellNow Urgent Care

Absolutely unacceptable treatment by this urgent care clinic.I arrived in severe physical pain seeking urgent care. Instead of receiving compassion or professionalism, I was met with total disregard. The provider (who introduced herself as ******* *******) refused to listen to my concerns, denied me appropriate treatment, and abruptly ended the visit with no explanation.When I calmly requested a refund for services not provided, the front desk staff escalated the situation by using vulgar and profane language and threatening to call the police unless I left immediately. I was stunned and deeply shaken by how I was treatednot as a patient, but as someone unwelcome and dismissed in a moment of serious pain.I have been a patient at this clinic in the past and had positive experiences, but this incident revealed a shocking level of negligence, cruelty, and complete lack of compassion or professionalism, which could be dangerous for other vulnerable patients in pain.If my refund is not issued promptly, I will be contacting my legal counsel and filing a formal complaint with the appropriate medical and regulatory authorities, including professional licensing boards. I will be holding the provider and the clinic fully accountable for this abusive and inhumane ************ one should ever be treated this wayespecially not by those entrusted with our health and safety. Any healthcare facility that allows this type of conduct must be held accountable and reported to the highest medical boards and oversight agencies. I will also be documenting this experience on public platforms for others to consider before visiting a facility where I personally experienced what I found to be deeply cruel and dehumanizing treatment by medical professionals.Patients deserve care, not threats, disrespect, and verbal abuse. as far as care, ok. Just very long wait. But as far as payment...ya better be sure what ya have to pay. Ours was way less than what was told. But because their system was down....yea right...we had to pay more. Now trying to get our money back, the difference, just getting the run around. It's been 46 days. They took our money that day and we have to wait this long to get back. NOT right. So better beware on that part of it. Like I said we will not be back. Will go to ER first. Plus most of the billing people I've talked to were not even in the **. And most could hardly understand them. Beware is all I'm saying.WellNow Urgent Care

******* was by far the absolute worst person Ive ever encountered in a medical setting. My daughter was upset and in pain(4y.o) and immediately tried to do stuff with her instead of letting me calm her. I asked for a temporal thermometer and she said no we dont have one with the biggest attitude. My daughter was kicking and ******* apparently has never dealt with children before. She didnt get kicked or hit and he yelled at my kid to not kick her. I stepped up and said thats enough. I want a new nurse. Your bedside manner *****. She argues some more and says actually it doesnt but Ill get you a new nurse and I said thats enough with you and as shes shutting the door she responds with thats enough with you! Like I wouldnt hear it. She got an earful from me after that. An ethics review needs to be had with her.WellNow Urgent Care

I received a bill for services received. It was the only bill. It was a past due notice saying I was being turned over to collections. I paid the bill by check. The same amount was also charged to my credit card. I was double billed and double paid. Their billing **** agreed when I called. Said a check refund was in the mail Called 3 times & was told the same thing. No check came. I had to dispute through my credit card and they researched it. Credit card withdrew the payment because Wellnow was paid twice and admitted it. They did not want to give me my money back. They would not issue the refund check they said they would, 3 times! I will not go back to Wellnow. Their billing **** is not trustworthy.WellNow Urgent Care

Terrible customer service. Called dozens upon dozens of times to get a bill recoded. Going through insurance they charge $230 and out of pocket was $75. I have spend hours on the phone with my insurance and wellnow in a three way call. My insurance provided everything required. Yet Im still getting past due bills in the mail, when they owe me a refund. **************** tells me the same thing everytime, that a supervisor will call me and I never receive a call. They tell me they will escalate my issue and months later nothing has changed. AWFUL! Oh and they will hang up on you.WellNow Urgent Care

Received a paper check with my address and my sister's name. We live in different states. Billing department would not verify legitimacy of it. It was clearly a foreign call center. Seems to me if they do owe 1 of us 70 dollars then they are doing their best to not actually pay. It's only 70 dollars , but this company is not reputable in my opinion.WellNow Urgent Care

Ive been a long-time WellNow patient and have always followed the same check-in processbooking an appointment, confirming via text, and waiting to be seen. The system has always accurately displayed my place in line. However, during my most recent visit, after waiting ********************************************************************** person, despite the confirmation text stating, "We know you are here, please wait to be called." This was confusing and inconsistent with past experiences.She then claimed three people were ahead of us, but the system still showed us as first in line. When I questioned this, she insisted they arrived earlier. However, we had already been waiting 20 minutes when another patient walked inif her appointment was truly before ours, she would have been nearly an hour late. Later, her manager admitted that one of those ahead of us was a walk-in without an appointment.When I provided feedback about this inconsistency, the staff took it as harassment. They then refused to let me accompany my husband, the patient, into his appointment, implying I was a troublemaker simply for raising a valid concern. Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude was extremely disappointing. Rather than addressing the issue, they responded with hostility, even sarcastically saying "thank you" with clear frustration.Additionally, the female patientwho arrived 20 minutes after usbegan yelling at me to sit down and not speak to the staff, despite me not talking to her at all. Shockingly, the staff supported her behavior rather than addressing her ************* unsure if their treatment was due to racial bias or because they didnt appreciate feedback, but either way, it was unacceptable. WellNow needs to ensure its staff follow proper guidelines and treat patients with respect rather than silencing concerns. This was my most unpleasant visit, and I will not be returning to this location. I will also be advising my friends and family to avoid it.WellNow Urgent Care

WellNow charged our HSA card for a visit without notifying us. When I called to ask about this, the person said that when the initial paperwork was filled out, it was in the small print that we agreed to have payment deducted. This happened without notification. Buyer beware!WellNow Urgent Care
