Horrible. Also the number provided is for ************. Do NOT go to them. No infection control, refused to prescribe anything for Civud except paxlovid (cant take it) and when questioned I was told to go elsewhere if I didnt like it. Malpractice ring a bell?

I went there to get a TB shot and a drug test for a healthcare travel job. I gave my urine sample, the nurse said, thats not enough, even though it was an inch worth in the cup. Pretty sure you just need a little bit for a dip stick? She gave me a bottle of water to redo the test. Almost an hour went by, no TB shot yet, I went back to nurse and said Ok I can pee again. She said oh, no. I already put in the computer A SHY BLADDER. And I couldn't take the same test twice in a day.Okkkkk than why did she give me water to **** again??? I waited falling asleep for the TB shot after working a 10 hour shift, Nada. I was exhausted and told her Ill be back for the urine and TB test. Job starts in a week, I called my recruiter, she said I was blacklisted from the agency and lost the contract. Because of the urine drug screen. That nurse, put in the computer that I REFUSED A FEDERAL DRUG TEST. So I have a bad reputation now and am out an extra thousands of dollars a month because this chic wanted to punch out by 8pm. An RN job is to chart! She lied, and screwed with my career. Found my chart feom email. Not only did this RN lie, she put in my medical record that the TB shot was given, read, which takes 2 days, and urine screen was done. All procedures were never done or completed like my chart states.This is illegal to falsify someones chart! So how many other charts is she lying and documenting on??? Oh, and I haven't gotten a call in 2 days from the manager. Do not go to WELLNOW. Like do your job. She screwed my career and reputation. Debating to get a lawyer or call the ************* Her job is to chart and document, she lied and falsified my medical chart thats there forever! This is sooo not OK. At *******.WellNow Urgent Care

I do not have insurance and I self pay. In October 2024 both my husband and I used our local office. We paid our total bill at the time of service. No extras were done, just a standard visit. I received texts and emails saying a scheduled payment for $190 was going to be charged to my card. I figured it was a scam because I owed them nothing and I did not have a card on file. Luckily my card expired before the charge went through.I just received an actual bill a few weeks ago AFTER the attempted charge. The bill showed I was charged $365 for my visit that was only $165 (that I paid in full.) when I called and asked about the charge I was informed that my visit must have occurred after business hours. I said they are only open from x time to x time. He told me no, you are charged $50 if it is after 5pm. (I just the website and that is not stated anywhere.) I explained that was never relayed to me by either their website or in person when I paid in full. He said that from here on out to expect the additional charge. Then I asked about the additional $150. He just told me he would escalate my bill to the appropriate departments. I have yet to get any explanation for any of this. The doctors and nurses are great, I have only had positive experiences but I cannot afford any random made up charges being charged without permission.WellNow Urgent Care

Twice now, I have received service from WellNow and after my initial appointment they accessed my bank account without my authorization. I am self-pay (no insurance to cover the cost), I pay $175 at the time of service then a couple weeks later the has been a charge of $65 applied to my bank account. When I reached out to their customer service **** to inquire about this I was advised my appointment was miscoded that is why they took more money. Again, I DID NOT GIVE THEM AUTHORIZATION TO TAKE THIS EXTRA MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT!! I was told I have to wait until the payment posts to my account with their ********************** then I am able to call in & request a refund for this mysterious payment they took without authorization. I am not the only person this is happening to, I don't believe they should just be able to gain access to my bank account solely because I used debit card to make my payment in full at the time of service. This is a very shady way to practice and being that they are such a large company I can only imagine how many others are being scammed as I was.WellNow Urgent Care

Zero stars....Went to the location in *******. Walk in, there's 3 people behind the desk, not 1 of them said hello. Get checked in, and they tell me I owe $ 78 and some change. I said for what? ( I've never been here before). The *** says, maybe it's my copay or deductible. I tell him, I don't have a copay. I know my insurance well and I don't pay a deductible until I've reached my set amount for the year. He says it's out of their hands and I need to pay that before I'm seen. I said forget it and left. Reading these other complaints regarding payment/ billing/ insurance, it appears there is some sort of shadiness going on here.WellNow Urgent Care

I had a dr **** this past Saturday at 12:40pm., When I arrived they told me that they didn't have a provider. I Asked them how come you didnt call with this info. They indicated that they were going to tell this info when I arrived. They didn't know how far I traveled from. I would've expected someone to call me first.WellNow Urgent Care

My 88 yr. old typically vibrant mother went because she had been suffering for over a week with ear pain; a terrible cough and congested nose. Was seen by the doctor *** gave her an uninterested look over - meaning did not check her lungs; heart rate; temperature. He did look in her ear and said it was fluid filled - told her was probably a eustachian tube issue - to get over the counter Cordicidan and ******* - take it for seven days and if it doesnt work come back! She tried this for 4 days and finally went to her CDPHP on call where she was promptly told she had a sinus infection and congestion in her lungs! She is on her second day of medication and feels soo much better! She will not be going back to this place.WellNow Urgent Care

I went in for a what I knew was the start of a UTI. I didnt have any symptoms out of the ordinary or severe, no reason to run anything but a basic lab. They submitted over $1600 to my insurance, now Im left with a bill for over $500. I reach out to another urgent care and a good friend is an NP at an advanced urology office, and both said that is ridiculous. I had the same thing probably a couple years earlier, and no such charges. So I know either the ** didnt do her job right, or this facility is criminal with what they are running through insurance. Ive reached out multiple times with no response. I would never chance going there, who knows what youre going to get charged.WellNow Urgent Care

Went to the ***** location sick as can be with a 4pm appointment . Its 5 pm and I am still waiting . They told me upon arrival appt only holds your spot. ??Tons of walk ins. Clearly another profit over people company . Will not be back . Considering walking out now as I write this. And the place is messy inside unkept.WellNow Urgent Care

Had a billing problem with Wellnow. The took $175.73 from my charge card for a bill that was not me. It was a bill for my grandson, and I called them ( the call center is in *****) and told them the story with the receipt from my daughter ( grandsons mom) and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do Please helpWellNow Urgent Care
