      They shouldn't be allowed to operate if they can't be bothered to answer the phones. It instantly disconnects you or says it won't even put you through. Only way to get ahold of them is to walk into the business. When sick or injured and needs your results this is unacceptable.

      Complaint Details
      Well now billing is predatory and egregious in their behavior. My insurance company told me that she has dozens of accounts she's trying to rectify with them but they never answer the phone or call back anyone. Three or four times now I've got bills months later saying my insurance lapsed or was not valid even though it was and then I spent days trying to get a hold of someone finally they say they're going to fix it but then I get a bill again months later saying again my daughter was not covered on my insurance. This goes round and round and on and on.. there was a service on 11:28 for my daughter Lucy and they are saying that I owe hundreds of dollars because there's no insurance ..I sent them letters emails and phone calls and never hear back from anyone no matter how hard I try and my insurance doesn't get any answers from them On my behalf either.... They are predatory and crass and even the regulatory person they sent on behalf of my last BBB filing refuses to answer her phone or emails

      Very frustrating when you have a billing question and no one ever answers yet they send your bill to collections. Oh and may I add that I made THREE payments that they "never received" and that is why it went to collections. Thank god I was emailed receipts, still very annoying that you sit on hold for hours though. Absolute WORST customer service ever

      Not a fan of Well Now ******* ******* story but they left me sit there for 5 hours. I was privileged to be saved last so I was able to get 100% of Dr ******** She sent in the the wrong prescription (eye ointment antibiotics) for a large cut on my finger. She laughed at me for using it on my finger and said I hope this isnt why your finger is infected. I wouldve been better off at the emergency ?? room.July 23, 2022

      I waited on hold for over 30 minutes for billing on 5 different occasions. I never got ahold of anyone. I also sent and email a month ago to the billing department without a response. WellNow keeps sending me a bill without sending it to my insurance company first.

      Went to the WellNow urgent care in Decatur, ** on Wednesday March 8th with Covid symptoms. The girl inside was not helpful at all and generally rude overall. Mostly she just seemed lazy like she didn't want to have to do anything so she was thinking of any reason for me to not be seen there. She asked what I was there for and I explained that I had a fever, nausea and I said my whole body aches, my arms, my legs, my back. In which she proceeded to jump in and interrupt me to say, "Well if your back hurts you'll have to go somewhere else and get that scanned." Huh? Did she not hear that I said my whole body? Then I proceeded to tell her that I had already done a home Covid test and it was positive and she said, " Well we can do a Covid test here but it takes 3 days for the results." I'm sorry but is this company living in Bedrock with the flinstones? After all this time and you don't even do a rapid test as well as the one that takes approximately 24 hours, (not 3 days). Well, I can say this this with 100% accuracy. It's no wonder your parking lot and waiting area were empty and I expect they will remain so with this type of care. They just opened this location and I give it a year before they fail and close up shop.

      No one answers the billing phone. I have called for 4 days on hold over 2 hrs each time no answer. The people at the local office are stupid and know nothing about the company. I have given them insurance info four times & keep getting these ************* bills that they dint submit to insurance. They need to answer the phones & hire people that can answer questions. Also put correct info on internet.

      Billing department is a joke. Called on 1/20/23 and sat on hold for 30 mins. Person said they would escalate my call to a manager and I would get a call back. No call. Called again on 1/31/23 and sat on hold for 20 mins. Asked why I never received a callback. They said there's only 1 manager and she was on vacation for 2 weeks buy would call me back. Today 2/6/23 going on 27 mins on hold....

      Short staffed. All walk ins directed to Swansea IL, location. No one to cover breaks or lunch.
      Appointment time 2:30 p.m. .told to arrive 45 minutes ahead of appointment.. Arrived 15 minutes ahead and no one at front desk due to being at lunch based upon note in window.
      Called back to have vitals taken at 3:24 p.m.. Waiting on doctor as I am typing this and it is 3:47 p.m.
      So wonder how long this wait will be....seen at about 3:50 p.m.
      Your employees and customers deserve better. Do better.
