      We are a auto dealer with a body shop. Have to buy LKQ parts because of insurance companies. Fine. But we don't get all the invoices and when we called for a simple reprint and to fax/email us copies so we can pay them they its always its not my job or transfer you to dead space. We get calls all the time for copies of invoices of stuff we sell and we fax them all. Its just part of running a business.

      My car was stolen from my residence and whoever the person was they were able to receive money for my stolen property whoever the employee were at the time did not properly verify my vehicle. After tracking Down my vehicle (which is how I ended up here) I confronted the workers that claim they checked the vin and it wasnt reported *stolen* of course it was reported because I didnt notice my vehicle was gone until I went to drive it so after arguing back and forth that my vehicle has a lien holder own it and that I am the registered owner with valid paperwork the did not want to release my vehicle the person was allowed to sell my vehicle to LKQ with a fake bill of sale, fake insurance, fake drivers license and fake keys after police got involved they had my vehicle towed some where else it seems like someone was committing fraud at the ********** location if anyone elses vehicle comes up missing check the junkyards

      Lkq , the *********** selling junk at top dollar and then s******* the customers with some w**** in a collection **** , when in Fack they owe is money for labor removing the junk they sold us. Do Not buy anything from these idiots .***********************

      To whom it may concern: LKQ Corp Complaint- **************************** I was bullied and talked down to by my manager, at LKQ. She berated me in front of peers and on message boards. She talked down to me during meetings. And handled our 1:1 meeting over then phone; even when we were both at the office on the same days (she claimed illnesses and went home, as not to look at me). I confronted my HR representative, and he said he knew nothing of the nature. I was also told that (by someone who over him talking) I would be fired at the beginning of the year (2023) which I confronted him with to and instead of insisting that it was not true, he was trying to cover it up by looking for who told me. So, within, a day or two they came up with a severance package for me and let me go. I want you to know that during this time, of being bullied and ridiculed, I was able to check with 3 other people who "resigned" abruptly and found that they were treated this same way, but they didn't bring it to anyone's attention and were either terminated or quit instead of dealing with the situation. I find this very unprofessional and childish. This is gross negligent management.

      Charging me a warranty after I told them I didn't want it. Went back to the teller and asked for my refund, and i was told that i had to tell them i didnt want before i got charged. Lqk online price list offers regular price with additional price for a warranty. ******************* protects customers when they are not honoring listed prices.

      They a charging you for a warranty without notification and never tell you that you have the option to decline it. When you tell them you don't want it you receive a nasty attitude. Also if you buy warranty and the part is defective they will give you a hassle about the **** they put on it isn't there ****ing and doesn't want to exchange or refund your money. You're better off buying from a regular salvage yard.

      Terrible experience. I bought a used transmission in May 2022 with only 36k miles and had it shipped to the repair shop. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. I asked for a 1yr warranty and paid extra to get it ($130). It started to go out at the end of October. After putting it in the shop, I learned that the transmission failed and would need to be replaced. I contacted LKQ and they said I only bought a 6mos warranty and it started from the time I paid not arrived. I called the warranty department and Art tried to help, saying he would have to go back to the call logs to see if the rep misrepresented the warranty and speak with his supervisors if he could honor the warranty since it was less than a week outside of their 6mos warranty (even though I requested 1 yr). I gave it 10 days and called for 3 days in a row trying to reach him. on the last call, another person just read the notes in the file that my warranty would not be honored because it has been too long. No courtesy call, explanation, etc. Now, I have to spend another $1000-3000 to get a replacement. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      So I bought a battery From LKQ and bought the life time warranty and try to exchange it and got a accused of putting a sticker on the battery and they wouldnt swap out the battery at all lost all of my business so unhappy worst place ever to go and get parts needs to be shut down they even charge u for plastic pieces for warranty and everything that you buy out of there so look at your receipt and beware

      Worst experience ever. I bought a factory reman transmission for my 06 Ram ****. It imploded just ****** miles later. I asked for a refund they said ok but we need our unit back. So transmission shop removed it. They came and picked it up and didn't leave a core. They eventually sent one days later and it literally was just a shell with no parts in it. So we're now back to square one with no replacement and no refund still. This all stared Dec 6th 2022 its currently its Dec 29th with no answers 2022. My representative at extension #**** doesn't keep in the loop. This has costed me thousands of dollars at this point not being able to work.

      They will charge you for warranty without asking whether you want it or not. if you question why, one of the answers is you should have told us you don't need the warranty as if it is compulsory you must buy one. The prices are not consistent, it depends on who the cashier is, and probably whether she likes your face or not (not Latino concern). Last time I bought a fender there, warranty was added. I was wondering why did it cost so much, it was when I was going through my receipt that I saw the warranty add on cost, I went right back and asked why, the reply was you should have told me you don't want a warranty, then I said you did not ask me, she told me well I have stepped out into the parking lot and there is nothing she can do. So, I said I want to return the item, before she finally removed the warranty charge of over $20. Why would I need a warranty for body part: if it's good, it's good! So be aware you of this practice.
