      I own several Dyson vacuum cleaners and despite my appreciation of the vacuums themselves, I made the mistake of purchasing one directly from Dyson. I made this error because Dyson had been sending me emails extolling the virtues of buying direct! After two hours on hold trying to get them to put the vacuum in my daughters name and extending the warranty to begin on Christmas when she would receive this gift, all without telling her she would be receiving it, I gave up and sent back the vacuum. The issues with communicating with someone whose English (south America and Asia) made this very frustrating, but the time it took to reach customer service (both times an entire hour) made it clear that Dyson wasnt interested in serving customers, just selling vacuums!

      Bought a $350+ vacuum in May, in October the unit stopped working. Tried calling, waited on hold 70+ minutes (tired calling multiple times) and was disconnected. Tried the website text option (numerous times), is unavailable and not working. I emailed customer service and have been going back and forth now for 5 weeks with them with little to no response. The response I receive is a template email stating that my unit is under warranty and to select the return option. When I respond with the return option we never hear follow-up for next steps. I then email multiple times only to receive the same template email again requesting we select the return option. Needless to say this process has been on repeat for 5 weeks now and I still don't have a resolution, vacuum, or money. So now we get to go spend another $300+ on a vacuum - which will absolutely NOT be Dyson. Great job Dyson! Your c*** customer service has made money for another company! Do NOT! I repeat! DO NOT purchase a Dyson under any circumstances unless you want to throw hundreds of dollars out the window.

      Bought a product said had in stock, never gave me tracking but took my money. Called and said sorry looks like a label was created but *** did not pick up let me send you another since we have the one you ordered in stock. Week later still nothing called and said oh know happened again but this time my item I paid for is out of stock so someone has my item I paid for. They said so sorry we dont have item I paid for in stock and we can ship what we have but will not get there for holidays. Their website says order now and will be able to get there, I places an order in Nov. over a month ago and still no item. Customer support *****, you take my money of a single mom and working 2 jobs, this was the only thing my daughter wanted, misleading advertising, will nerved order from dyson, now they are saying again no tracking. So I just said give me a refund, at this point you should give it to me for free. I ordered from the company because I wanted it to be legit and they will show my daughter how to use but heck can go down to the beauty place and get one. I just now want my money back.

      What a ridiculously pathetic company. Bought a $400 hairdryer 3 years ago. Warranty is 2 years and there was no option to purchase an extended warranty. Hairdryer stopped working. Took it to an authorized Dyson repair center and was told the motor failed and Dyson does not make the parts for it to be repaired. Only solution **************** offered is a discount to buy another one. Why in the world would I even consider doing that? A $400 hairdryer should be able to be repaired. It's not a disposable piece of equipment, except to Dyson. Talk about planned obsolescence!

      I sent my Dyson back for a repair as it broke after a year of having it. My Dyson was under warranty and I expected to be delivered a new one. My 500 dollar flat iron was sent to the wrong address which I have no idea why and I have contacted them multiple times. I am beyond frustrated that I have been without my flat iron for three months. I have filled claims, made phone calls, and sent emails to Dyson and they give me the same story. "**** business days I'll have my new iron" I still have nothing.

      I ordered a vacum on dec 6 2023 paid out of my account ******* on December 11, 2023.Did not receive called December ******************************************************************************************************* 24 to 48 hours. So after I never received an email I called back on December 21 asked them to overnite the item. I talked with supervisor they said they have to wait until *** investigation is closed to replace or return item. I asked if I am going to get interest on my money. *** contacted me dec 26, then closed investigation. I called them today December 29 they said that Dyson would not respond to them. UNBELIEVABLE

      Absolute worst company to deal with. You cannot get ahold of ANYONE. Been waiting on a replacement unit for over 2 months without any contact. Tried reaching out via phone, hours of wait time, ******** email, live chat.... HAAHAH no one is EVER there. I am now out a machine that cost multiple 100s of dollars and was broke out of the box. Honestly the worst company to deal with.

      We purchased the V10 for $549.99 and the battery pack needed to be replaced right after we bought it. They didn't have the V10 or the battery replacement so they said they would ship us the V11 after they received our broken V10. We filed our complaint on 11/30/23 and they received our broken V10 on 12/4/23. It is 12/27/23 and we still have not received any confirmation or tracking that our replacement has been sent because it has not been shipped. **************** has been contacted 3 different times and they have sent escalation emails each time. I asked to speak to a manager because they keep giving me the runaround and I was on hold for an hour. A supervisor was supposed to call me back today and I didn't receive any phone calls. I have spent around a total of 5 hours on the phone for nothing to be done. Terrible product, ************. 0/5 stars - I should have looked into Shark or ******* vacuum.

      My worst experience ever. Did not price match from best buy which they should as what is advertised. I ended up returning the item and was received 11/29/23. I have been calling everyday for the refund, now its 12/27/23 and I still did not get the refund back and getting imposed interest from the financial institution. Very frustrating, very expensive and terrible customer service, refund took forever. I have been loyal with the company for years buying their products but this time I don't know if I am going to buy with them anymore.I am beyond disappointed on how I was treated with their refund process.

      The customer service and refund process is horrible. I returned an item in September and after multiple calls I keep being told I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to receive my money back. The product was $500. This is highway robbery. This company needs to be investigated as Im pretty sure Im not the only one whos had or having this experience we are going into **** and I have yet to receive my money back
