      I'd give them a zero if I could. My son ordered me a Dyson in November it was sent out but never made it to us, it actually was returned to Dyson. My son called and and waited over an hour to ask for his money back, they hung up on him. I called two weeks ago they gave me a case number and said he'd get his money back which he still has not tonight I called again I've been on hold over an hour and a half. they guy doesn't understand a word and just keeps coming back to the phone asking me to wait another 2 to 3 minutes. worst customer service I've ever seen.

      Returns take over a month and you have to call to even get it, Be sure you save the tracking information, they like to play dumb and say they just cant seem to find it, even though they are referred to as ************************. They cant even help and have to put you on hold for hours to talk to someone from the financial department to get the refund approved despite having the item for a month. Then the actual refund will take at least two more weeks. Worst return process ever, I will never purchase from Dyson again.

      Dont buy Dyson vacuums the service is horrible product is not good cant get anybody to help you on the phone.Its ashamed I always bought Dysons but not anymore

      If I could give a ZERO star I would. I purchased a Dyson Hair wrap dryer and returned it. I have waited over a month for my 700-dollar refund. I have waited on hold for several hours without resolution. I am so disappointed in this company. I will never purchase from them again. Customer service is a huge part of the product.

      If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered a Dyson AirWrap in November and received confirmation from them a day later. Decided to pay with After Pay and they debited my card. A day later received an email saying the item was not in stock so I cancelled my order and bought it in person at the store in ***. The continued to debit my card for the next payment. Aside from sitting on hold for hours I was assured I would get my money refunded, After weeks of waiting and no refund, I was told the order was shipped and received but it was not. They then told me it was a *** issue and washed their hands, *** cannot find the order and they're telling me it's up to Dyson to refund. Dyson told me they cannot assist and said the hold time for a supervisor is in excess of 2 hours. I asked for a call back and no one has or will return my calls. I have zero faith they will call me back.

      I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dyson. I placed an order and eagerly awaited the arrival of my package since December 1st and the arrival was supposed to be Dec 5th, then it was delayed but it never showed up. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to their customer service team regarding the missing delivery, I have yet to receive a single response. The lack of communication and non-existent support from Dyson has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a product and then be left in the dark without any resolution or acknowledgment of the issue. I understand that sometimes delivery issues occur, but the complete silence and lack of concern from Dyson's customer service team are unacceptable. The inability to even get a response or update on my missing package is beyond disappointing. I expected better from a reputable company like Dyson, but this experience has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope they can improve their communication and responsiveness in the future to avoid leaving customers feeling neglected and frustrated.

      Purchased a product from Dyson for my wife. It ended up being an accessory that she already had for her hair straightener. I returned it to Dyson and received a confirmation email from them saying that they had received the product back in their warehouse on November 13, 2023. After 2 phone calls and an hour on fifty minutes on hold waiting to speak with a return specialist as of January 4th, ****, I am still being charged for the item that was returned on November 13th.

      After buying several failed vacuums from amazon I decided to go with Dyson which to me I thought was a reputable and trusted company in the field and is usually regarded as one of the best for household cleaning products..I bought a Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute around November 2023 around December 2023 my vacuum no longer powers on properly, the power button is a ****** it usually takes around ***** presses either holding the button down or tapping until it turns on, and the same goes for powering off. I have tested the battery and it charges fine and holds charge fine, it seems the problem with my vacuum is directly having to do with the power button itself.I have a pretty busy work schedule and its almost impossible to get into contact with anyone at Dyson, I have tried to contact them through live chat multiple times on several occasions and the live chat never has any operators available.I have tried calling the company during their work hours as mentioned on the website: 8:00am to 8:00pm CST Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm CST Saturday And I still cannot get in contact with anyone. Calling in about my issues places me on a 65+ minute hold, I have tried calling support right at time of opening as well as several times throughout the day and my calls always seem to "drop" or timeout when waiting for more than 20 minutes. Additionally they do not provide any call back features so I have to be forced to wait for very long periods of time.I have been attempting to contact support now for over 2 weeks with little to no success, my previous thoughts about the integrity and reputation of this company has changed dramatically. Dyson proudly mentions that they offer "expert customer service" 7 days a week, yet their live chat is never operational and their poor phone support never makes it easier to get in contact with anyone. What is the point of offering product warranty if the company makes it nearly impossible for me to get in contact with them?
