      Dyson has the worst customer service.Have been dealing with an issue about parts since June 2023.Even contacted the service repair shop in ********. The person who answered the phone was rude and obnoxious to say the least.Last straw was when I spoke to a customer service rep on October ******* who said that one of the parts that I was waiting for was found but that she couldnt put the order for it through as the systems had been changed. I was then told I would be receiving an email to say that the part has been shipped. It is now Nov 2 2023 and no email.Called again to ask where the email was and was just given the run around again and was told that the part that was supposedly suppose to be sent to me was not available.They lie incessantly!

      I own a number of Dyson products. I recently spent (stupidly) over $500 for the Airstrait Straightener. After using it a dozen times it stopped working. I called customer service 3 times. I never got answers. They wanted me to drive several hours to a service center. I never received a return label even though promised to be emailed one- in **** business days mind you. Finally I communicated with someone online who was able to send a label the same day.This is ridiculous for a company that charges so much for their products.Buyer beware!

      Wow, I did not expect this and am shocked to realize how systemic it is in this brand. So for anyone who hasnt yet DO NOT BUY ANYTHING DIRECTLY FROM DYSON. I ordered a straightener. The package arrived but WITHOUT the straightener. Ive called over 8 times at this point (sometimes with the call getting disconnected, others with a supposed resolution that never happened). To summarize, its been over a week and they are looking into it. Ive been told three times already that the previous process was done wrong and needs to be started over differently. Each time *** spent over an hour on the phone between holding and talking to people. So far Ive spent over 500 dollars and 5 hours (if not more) for a box of air and frustration. At first I thought Id get a refund and buy it from macys. Now I cant even look at the dyson logo without getting upset so Ill be buying a different straightener. If you already like Dyson products I STRONGLY ADVISE staying away from their website. Some brands just dont have the infrastructure for DTC and Dyson seems to be one of them.

      Paid $700 just to never receive the vacuum, be charge for it. Make a refund IMPOSSIBLE to obtain. Its been 14 days. Still no resolution. Go with their competitors. Or buy these in person or on Amazon. The customer services ***** and they do nothing to help you. They tell you the same things for ******************************************** help. Do Not purchase anything from their website. This is the biggest nightmare Ive had to deal with and i regret purchasing so much!!!! They use crappy GLS shipping who is infamous for stealing packages. GLS will mark as delivered but guess what. Youll never see your package. No one will ever come to your door and actually deliver it and Dyson doesnt give a crap!

      customer service is terrible. if you have problems during the warranty period and do not live near a service center, you are on your own. they can't figure shipping out, then they stop helping unless you acquiesce to their desired method of communication. not only stop helping...stop communicating completely. probably a good reason behind why there are so few authorized repair centers.

      I bought a supersonic dryer October 11th. I got an email after couple of days stating that it was on delay then today, they cancelled the ********** am not happy about it. I understand the demand is high but they can send it on a later date & not canceling the order because that is being dis honest. I should get the whole thing that was included when I bought it. I am not happy!

      Horrible customer service. I ordered a vacuum from them about a month ago and still haven't received it. I regret purchasing anything from them ever. I thought their reputation was one that had excellent customer service, I have learned otherwise. The feedback I keep getting again and again is that my vacuum will ship out in 7 - 10 business days. For weeks now. What a disaster.

      I bought a Dyson Air purifier and Humidifier about a year ago for $1100. As soon as Ive got the machine it was making a high pitch whistling sound that was very annoying and was not able to use the machine. Dyson replaced 3 times the machine and 1 times brought it in for repair at Dyson and the engineer said it cant be fixed and has to be replaced, so the 4 machine gets here in a cardboard box and it has the exact same problem. I contacted Dyson and now I sent the machine back and waiting for the 5 machine within a year that mist likely will have the same problem. I asked so many times to get a refun of my money cause the entire series seems to have this problem. If Dyson cant provide a working machine please refund my money.

      Unbelievable 600 bucks and they sent a vacuum that doesn't work. I have spent 14 hours on hold as of now. Go bissel f*** dyson

      Sent me a box for $1100 that supposed to have a vacuum, came in half God knows what. Continuous battle over the phone to get a replacement since the original box was something that was compiled from a trashcan. Dyson Confirmed via email that the order was a fraud (!!!) from their website.
