      I recently went to Dyson to purchase a hairdryer for my wife's birthday. I purchased the hairdyer on September 11th. The card went through and then I got an email stating that there was a problem with the payment processing. The order was processed and refunded three times. I spent about an hour in multiple online chats with your support staff trying to get the order resolved. I eventually got so frustrated that I decided to cancel the order completely. The order was refunded and I went on Amazon and purchased the hairdyer through them. Today I received an email stating that a Dyson Hairdryer was being delivered to me today. The one I purchased on Amazon is being delivered on Friday and both payments have been processed by my bank. Obviously, at this point, I was very confused. I have spent over 70 minutes with the online chat team today. I was told that a rep placed another order "for my convenience". Now I'm being told to refuse the delivery and a refund for something I never consented to will take **** business days. I have never been more frustrated with an e-commerce purchase in my life.

      I sound like an echo. Bought a product, returned it. They recd it, but. Wasted hours on phone. Some tried to help but it still went nowhere. Buy with a credit card so that you can get them to fight for you, but beware. Dont order from them!!!

      how the **** are they rated A+?????? BBB must be a joke of a company too. dyson customer service is one of the worst i've experienced as an adult. I'm 37. The customer service department needs to be overhauled immediately or this company is going to die. No amount of innovation is enough if the company won't support their own products or customers.I have an outsize. the sealing ring in the bin broke off. just like every other single dyson out there since theyre built so cheaply. I reached out to Customer Support (CS) and they said no problem we'll send you a replacement bin since you're still under warranty. Cool. A few hours later i got an email saying the part is out of stock so they cancelled the order. Not cool. I start another chat session with someone else and after some back and forth this CS rep said they'll be sending me a completely new Outsize thats the current model. I just need to ship my broken one back to them first. I was REALLY annoyed because i vacuum multiple times daily. I have pets. Its WHY I GOT AN OUTSIZE. I asked if they could ship the replacement to me first so I won't be without a vacuum for too long. They said NO. So i begrudgingly packed up the broken vacuum and had it shipped to dyson via **** I had it shipped Aug 10th and it was delivered Aug 14th. I STILL dont have my replacement and its Aug 28th. I've reached out to dyson 3 -5 more times via chat and email and i get a different answer EVERYTIME i ask: "wheres my replacement dyson??". I've received emails from them after speaking with a CS rep via chat asking if i can provide TRACKING info for the broken dyson they already had in their possession!! Then when i freak out and start another chat session to find out whats going on... they tell me something different! At the end, all of them apologize to the point where it's almost groveling for forgiveness and make false promises that I'll be getting an email with tracking info the next day. ... the next day... and the next day again.

      Worst customer service ever. Sent a product that is still under warranty but they claim its out of warranty.. they said they repaired it and sent it back, product was lost at a *** facility all of a sudden after 14 days it reappeared again after claim was closed and when I received it the airwrap was not turning on( the initial issue was that the product was not warming up. When I called them they said the only solution is to send it back and they will send me a refurbished product with no warranty.. dont overpay for that brand its not worth it

      I am writing to shed light on an unresolved issue with Dyson, a company I previously held in high regard due to their reputation for quality products and commendable customer service. However, my recent experience with their refund process has left me significantly frustrated.Around three months ago, I placed an order for a Dyson product, expecting to receive the high-quality service that the brand is known for. Regrettably, I was faced with the necessity to return the item due to a delay in the carriers delivery. I followed the return process meticulously and sent the product back on June 9th.I was under the assumption that, like any reputable company, Dyson would process my refund promptly. It is now almost two months since my return. Over this period, I have made numerous attempts to contact Dyson's customer service. Each interaction has been increasingly frustrating, characterized by evasive responses, unfulfilled assurances, and an overall lack of clarity regarding the status of my refund. Despite my patience and persistence, my issue remains unresolved.It's disheartening to note that Dyson's post-purchase customer care does not seem to match the premium quality of its products. The drawn-out process and the lack of transparent communication have caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.I am compelled to highlight that while this ordeal has been financially burdensome, the emotional strain of feeling unheard and the wasted time spent on pursuing this matter has proven to be equally taxing.The purpose of this review is twofold. Firstly, I hope that it would expedite a resolution to my case, and secondly, it may serve as a cautionary advisory for potential customers who assume, as I did, that the company's customer service would be as superior as their products.

      I have been a Dyson customer for over 15 years. My recent experience with a warranty claim on my Dyson Ball Total Clean machine has been a NIGHTMARE! My machine was 2 years old and I sent it to Dyson to be repaired. I confirmed with *** tracking Dyson received my machine the following day (shipped June 26th and Dyson received June 27th). After waiting and contacting Dyson more than 5 times, Dyson said my machine was lost, agreeing to provide me a NEW machine (the Animal ball 2 UP20 as an upgrade because my model was out of stock. I received an order exchange number and was told my NEW machine would arrive no later than the 25th of July .date I spoke with the Dyson rep was July 17th. Another week passed and after still not receiving the new Animal ball I was promised I again contacted Dyson on July 25th. I was on the phone over an hour getting the run around. I was finally connected with a supervisor, told he (supervisor ****) would prioritize me getting the NEW Animal ball 2 as promised. July 27th the machine arrived: a refurbished machine NOT new!!! . I responded to the supervisors email expressing my disappointment and frustration. As expected supervisor **** did NOT reply to my email. I will NEVER purchase another Dyson again and hope others learn from my experience!!!

      Spent over $1k for a newest Gen5 Outsize handheld vacuum directly from Dyson.com after all the positive reviews. First shipment was never delivered after days. Called Dyson customer service and they said they will work with *** to resolve the lost shipment, and also send me another one. The second shipment was delivered quickly in 3 days. I was exciting setup everything and charge all the batteries up. On the very first use, the vacuum was chocking after 5 minutes of carpet cleaning. The dust container was not even a quarter of the volume. Emptied out all the dust and visually inspected all the air paths. Cleaned the filter with water and allow it to dry over night. Tried it again on the next day and the same issue happened. Called customer service and they said they already knew about the issue (due to the filter design). I request to return the item, and they quickly sent me the return label. I followed all direction to ship the item back to Dyson. Dyson sent me a confirmation email that they have received the package and I should get my full refund in 7 to 10 business days. 15 days passed and still no refund issues. Called customer services and they told me they helped me raised a request which I should receive my $ in 48 hrs. 2 days passed and I received an email stated that the investigation on the first shipment is still in progress and they can't issue the refund. This is totally unacceptable as they told me that they will deal with *** for the lost package which I never received. Up to today they is still running me around with no solution about my refund. I hope you all learn from my exp and do not do business with Dyson and Dyson.com. There are many more brand with good products and excellent customer services. Please skip ********************** as all costs. Peace out!

      Purchased Dyson's multi-floor corded vacuum and it has a manufacturing defect. Emailed their customer service team a detailed explanation of the issues and provided ************** proof of the flaw. Their corded vacuum is sucking up too much wool from my brand-new carpet. It is essentially destroying the carpet's life by thinning it out. The product is clearly labeled to say multi-floor use which means it should have the capability to rise or lower itself based on the floor type or carpet type. Second, it is extremely hard, almost impossible, to push and pull it on our new carpet without running into the risk of a severe back injury. In a video call with their **** ************ clearly demonstrated both of these issues. The rep even agreed with me as he could tell that the vacuum was suctioning wool from the carpet and was extremely hard to move back and forth.The Rep said that the product was past its warranty phase. Even though it may be past its warranty phase, the implied warranty should cover the entire product, according to the ************************ (FTC) laws. There are several videos on ******* that clearly show the same issue/defect of over-suctioning faced by other DYSON corded vacuum owners.So as a consumer here's what I am requesting;1. Provide us with *********************************** to fix the issue on the current product along with a year's warranty. OR 2. Replace this product, for free, with a new cordless vacuum after we return this vacuum. Since it is in good condition, Dyson can fix the suction issue and resell it as a refurbished unit.So far I have been disappointed with their For-Fee options given to me, especially since I strongly consider the DYSON corded vacuum flaws a manufacturing defect.

      It seems like I am not the only one having issues with Dyson's service based on recent reviews I see here... I have an older model of a stick vacuum purchased at Target in March ************************************************************************************************ 2022. Now, all I'm trying to do is get a few replacement parts and my serial number can't be found online. I've tried ordering replacement parts but they don't make the exact model of my vacuum anymore (it's only been two years people?!!??!) and I started with getting new **wheels. This helped. I wanted to get some assistance with replacing the motorhead because high suction doesn't work anymore, and I had to return the motorhead that I bought with the **wheels but the "rep" who I was emailing with ignored my questions and provided me with answers that didn't help. I also need a new cylinder with the fibers that goes inside the motorhead. I've tried calling and leaving a voicemail at my local Dyson servicer and they either don't answer or don't return my call. I am this close to saying s**** it to Dyson and just getting the cheap knock offs on Amazon and NEVER BUYING A DYSON AGAIN if this doesn't work. V frustrating after spending so much money on a great quality vacuum that just has some worn down parts that need replacing. Dyson designs are great, so far, the service SUCKS!!!

      Dysons customer service is horrible. My fianc purchased the hair straightener for my birthday. I was so excited to try this out. It was such a disappointment. I could literally hear it breaking my hair. When I called Dyson they said I am not able to return or exchange because 30 days was up. What? 30 day return policy for a $500 product. The email responses were so rude. I asked for a phone call from the escalations department like I was told I would receive weeks ago, and the response was that the decision has been made. Do not waste your money on their products.
