      I purchased a $300 stick Dyson vaccum. At first it worked great, but two and a half years later it stopped working. It started by not holding the charge, it would work for about one minute and die.It got worst and now only holds charge for about 5 seconds. When I checked online, i found many other customers complaining of the same issue. Very disappointed. I have had cheap stick vacuums that have lasted for years. I would not recommend Dyson to anyone. When I contacted Dyson they were not helpful at all. Do not waste your money.

      The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with! I will never purchase from them again and have since put my complaint into a dispute with ***************** The short story is that I was promised a 20% credit (totaling $120) to my credit card as part of a Black Friday loyalty promo. Dyson customer service gave me a code that I was told to use after receiving the product. I was directed to call Dyson back with the code and my order number to have the credit processed. The purchase was made on 11/25 and its now 12/22 and I have received nothing. I have called Dyson 6+ times and emailed several times as well. Each time I am told that my 20% credit will appear within 2 business days and that they have escalated my problem with the appropriate department. Buyers beware!

      My dyson vacuum worked great for 6 months then stopped charging! Contacted company several times and just wanted it fixed!!! Always said out of stock and last one said travel to next state over to have repaired! I was diagnosed with breast cancer and unable to even fight with company, so not worth money to buy dyson!! Never by one again! *********************

      I ordered a dyson V8 animal for 349. It went on sale a week later for 279. They will not process my refund because they keep telling me they need to investigate it but its been 3 weeks and 3 phone calls and I keep getting the same answer. It has to go to the investigation department. However their website says they will price match if its advertised cheaper in 30 days. They do not honor their price match.

      Dyson Vacuum We loved our vacuum we had it for a year. The battery life is not good at all it died on us and we called Dyson they sent ** a replacement in March 2021. Now we are in Dec 2022 and the battery no longer holds a charge, when you use the vacuum for a least 5 minutes. I called the Dyson spoke with a customer service Rep name ******* said the battery has a one year warranty and they sent me one in March. I said ******* I appreciate it and I understand that but it seems like the battery only last a year. How much is a battery he said 138 dollars. So I said I paid 300 for the vacuum last year and I have to pay every year for a battery. This sounds like to me they make a quality vacuum but doesnt do a good job on the battery so they can make more money off the customer. So *******, goes well I can give it to for 110 dollars. I said ******* it sounds like if I buy a new battery now I will have to buy one every single year and thats not fair at all. Dyson, We love your vacuums , but how can we get one that the battery life will last these are expensive. So I have no vacuum Im out if 300 dollars and the vacuum was purchased last year. Please do a better Job at making sure your customer get the money they spend on your items. I have three children and no vacuum. Help

      I ordered a few Dyson Vacuums and Dyson Hairdryerse for family members but decided to return them as I found better prices elsewhere. Months after my return, I still have not received a refund and I am constantly being told that they are looking in to the matter or that someone will reach out to me within 24 hours. No one ever reached out to me from Dyson. I ordered in August, returned the items in August and it is now December with no refund as of yet. Constantly being fed the same robotic useless responses from their reps.

      Bought a Dyson Ball Animal 3 after reading many good reviews about these products. There was an issue. I shut it off, started again and still, suction at the handle, nothing at the bottom. I went online to find the solution and read a lot of tales about foreign objects stuck in the flap that flips when the handle is lowered. So I checked that and as I expected (being that I literally just unboxed it) everything was clear. So I contacted support who walked me through all the same steps, didn't work. He determined that the device was defective and needed to be returned, then exchanged. I assured him that I was not going to do this again and requested a refund. If I was going to spend 30 minutes boxing this useless hunk of plastic back up, that I was not going to unbox another.I was sent a return label, and promptly boxed it back up. The label was either dropoff or paid pickup. I have no intention of doing either. The nearest dropoff is 30 minutes away.To have *** pick up the heaping pile of trash would cost me $20. So I chatted with a CSR, ******, and that representative promised me that there was a pickup scheduled, gave me a number for *** to verify and sent me on my way. "You can contact *** and confirm the pickup time."The number he gave was wrong, and when I contacted *** they did not have a pickup scheduled.Now I had to spend another 30 minutes on the line with support to schedule a pickup. Fortunately ****** was able to handle this quickly. I have the email verification that *** will pick up the trash. What I want to know is how Dyson can claim to "value my time" and not compensate me in any way for this trouble. I have spent the past 2 days opening, assembling, troubleshooting, waiting on hold, being treated like a third grader, disassembling, reassembling, disassembling, reboxing, printing labels, talking to support, talking to ***, talking to support AGAIN. How am I to be compensated for MY time?

      On 10/27/22 I called Dyson to get help with my V8 vacuum that had a dead battery and my TP02 air purifier that was making a loud grating sound. The lady I spoke with informed me she could not help with the air purifier due to warranty expiration but that she could get me a new battery for $130. After talking a bit, she offered 20% off the battery and a further 20% off a V15 detect absolute vacuum in the future. I called a week later to order the V15 detect absolute. The person I spoke with essentially called me a liar and said he could not offer me that price and that they do not sell their newer vacuums at a discount. After some back and forth he confirmed the deal I had been offered and took my credit card info. He ended up charging me $703.99, instead of $691.19 using the 8% sales tax where I live. I asked how he came up with $703.99 and he said the the computer calculates tax and he couldnt adjust it and I would have to send in PROOF of my county tax rate later. Very rude salesperson all around. The money was taken from my credit card and I sent them the county tax info via email. I later got an email saying they had no order from me and therefore no tax receipt. Turns out they cancelled my order. So I ordered the vacuum on the phone AGAIN on 11/9 and this time they got the tax right. $691.19 was put on my card. I have been waiting for over a week with no new info and decided to call today only to find out that they cancelled my order AGAIN and the charge they placed on my credit card had disappeared again. I have just finished ordering the vacuum for the THIRD time with no explanation as to how or why my order keeps getting cancelled. It has nothing to do with me or my two different credit cards. They cant even offer me overnight shipping and instead are offering expedited shipping with 3-4 day timeframe. I have been without a vacuum for almost a month now and spent well over an hour on the phone with them.

      I bought a Dyson Corrale and was very happy with the product the first day I used it, but then discovered that it would not recharge. After taking to a Dyson representative through their online chat, I received a shipping label and sent the machine and charging cable back to Dyson with the expectation I would receive a new device in a timely manner. Four online chat sessions, two phone calls, and two weeks later, I still do not have a replacement device and I have no idea when (or even if) I will receive one. Upon calling and speaking with a supervisor today, I was sent yet another return label---for a device I already sent back! I want my money back!

      Awful customer service. They send me replacements via snail mail and Im left for weeks without a vacuum. Two in two years. Save your money.
