      I wouldnt even give this company a one star rating!! They are totally lacking in customer service. They had been overcharging my 90 year old mothers **** card and racking up a balance for almost 2 years. After she passed away, I attempted to get that money returned. Finally, after over a month has gone by, they did not refund the money to the **** card, but, instead, turned it over to a prepaid credit card company to send a card out in the mail. The prepaid card company has no information re: any transaction with U.S. Cellular and U.S. Cellular has told me there is nothing they can do about it now! What a bunch of CRAP!!!

      US Cellular cannot give me a fixed price on my monthly phone bill they have quoted me anywhere from 90 to $68 a month most of the people you talk to and customer service are not even in the ********************************************* absolutely ridiculous company never use them, everyone I talk to cannot give me any answers and I am so sick of this company do not ever ever use them they're losing customers left and right and that's their own fault

      Worst service & most insanely unreasonable prices to date!! After no out of state trips, no super long phone calls, no add-ons or NOTHING that would warrant this; after not touching my phone for 9 days & sending minimal texts the rest of the month, US Cellular jacked my bill from $110 one month to $178 the next. ONE HUNDRER AND SEVENTY EIGHT DOLLARS FOR NOT USING MY PHONE!? Absolutely disgusting, scam artists ****. You go through ********** will be disrespected, lied to & robbed .

      I was forced to change providers after moving due to lack of service at my new house. I talked to US Cellular rep and the new service provider and paid off all phones that were under contract. I was assured everything was good to go. US Cellular failed to tell me they placed a provider lock on my phone that prevents my new service provider's SIM card from working with my phone. I spent 3 evenings on the phone with US Cellular and new provider before finding out on day 4 that this lock was still in place. After talking to maybe the 8th or 9th US Cellular rep the lock was taken off (so they say) on their end. They told me to allow 48 hours. 48 hours came and went without any resolution. I've now been without a working cellphone for 4 days. I cannot contact my children since they only have texting on their phones. I cannot provide after hours care for the patients at my dental practice. I am unable to set up online accounts that I need to complete since I just moved because I cannot receive text verification numbers. After doing thousands of dollars in business with US Cellular over the past few years without ever being late on a payment this is how I have been treated. My phone is still being held hostage for no known reason. US Cellular does not deserve a star in my opinion.

      Be aware that you will be billed for one-month's service, regardless of whether or not you cancel within the 15 day period (the customer service rep explained it to me). I had service (such as it was) for 5 days, returned everything to the store and canceled the account, and have been billed for $60. You must read all of the fine print and many disclosures to find this hidden clause. The company has been almost arrogant about this being legal. Service was spotty, with several dropped calls, and data was spotty, as low as 0.2 Mb/s, these with 3 bars of service.

      My 82 year-old mother purchased a phone for my 92 year-old dad at the store in ********* ********. She did this because she was paying Significantly more than $29 for an additional line on her other plan. They assured her she would have 15 days to return it If it did not work for him with his hearing aids or if it was too difficult for him to use. She went into the store on the 15th day to cancel the plan and get a refund as his health had regressed significantly.. They could not find where she purchased the phone even though she Showed the transaction on her banking app. She talked to several different people in the store who were very helpful and they even called customer service in Tennessee. Still nothing. They apologized to her and told her that they would work on it and They would honor the 15 day policy Since she had initially come in on the 15th day . My dad passed away A few days later. She had not heard from the store so she and I returned to the store one week later and they still could not figure out how to get her a refund. We again left with assurance they would honor the 15 day refund policy. They were supposed to call us when they figured it out but no call in 7 days. my mom returned to the store today and their answer was that she could not get a refund on the phone now because when she came in on the 15th day It was actually the 17th day because they had ordered the phone for her and it took 2 days to get it. Apparently your ***************************************************************** your possession. Im Sure that it is in the fine print but She's 82 and just lost her husband and never even used the phone! The local employees were all extremely nice and felt terrible about the situation and said that it was a corporate decision. One of the employees even offered to buy the phone from my mom because they felt so bad. Since then I have read hundreds of horrible Reviews. DON'T USE THEM!

      Dont go thru these guys after me paying my bill and I wasnt behind they shut my internet off I was on phone with over hr waiting for supervisor come on phone this place is joke! Save your money go somewhere else!

      For months our phones stop working and it states your phone is not registered. We have too restart our Phones to get them to work. For weeks now my text messages are coming through 24hrs after they were sent and then they come in bunches in rapid succession. I called on the phone and was told it would take about 17 minutes. After 40 minutes I hung up.**********
