      The balance on my account is $7 less than what it should be and I have no idea WHY because the US Cellular website doesn't show an ITEMIZED list of specific charges anywhere. So I tried to use the website "chat" 3 different times, and I also called US Cellular 6 different times. Every single rep acted like they were half asleep and passive aggressive (eg. they don't have to listen, they just ramble on and on). Then after being on hold a long time I explained everything again to a "supervisor" I explained that I know what my balance was on 04/20, I know what I paid on that day, and I know the current balance is $7 less than what it should be. The supervisor literally said I have to get in my car and drive to a local store in order to find out why there's a $7 extra charge. I don''t even use my phone much for outgoing calls or texts. I mean WOW. This company is terrible and is not customer oriented at all.

      Just called tried to switch my billing date from the 27th to the 3rd when I get paid as im on a fixed income. Not only does this company take a 3rd of my monthly pay but because it's the 27th I get an overdraft fee and to switch it it's gonna cost me a month and a halfs bill for just 6 days difference. Plain jerks if you ask me. His answer to me when I asked no matter what im getting screwed right he told me yes. After several years of paying this company an astronomical amount they will pretty much tell you yes you are gonna get screwed. Instead of working it out for their loyal customers. Starting to look like pre paid is the way to go

      I tried US Cellular to lower my bill which did not happen. Additionally, US Cellular does not have anything close to the signal and internet speeds of the other carriers. I had no cell service one day while I was in the parking lot of a store in the middle of a large city (no hills or other obstructions). When I received my first bill, they had added fees for accessing the network. Isn't that what I am paying them for in the first place? Beyond that, I was supposed to receive a military discount as a veteran which did not happen and my tax exemption was not added as it was promised in the store. I did all the paperwork when I signed up. It did not reflect in my bill. I was thoroughly unhappy with them and I left after only 3 weeks.

      Us cellular is the worst company I can only talk on my phone in town go 1 mile out of town I get no service ****** hold any calls and call us cellular and they do nothing . I always get upgrade for free go into the store oh no it's not free you must sign up for a new contract this company is a joke

      U.S. Cellular is a complete scam. I tested out their service early this year. Not only did the retail employee specifically not mention that their Internet would be capped at 500 GB before all paperwork was signed, but she also did not mention that hidden in the fine print, the contract necessarily lasts 36 months. When my previous company finally offered us a better deal, we are now stuck with a router that they refuse to accept and instead are being charged nearly $400 to keep a unique piece of tech that is essentially worthless.

      Phone under warranty has an issue, We need to send it in, USC wont help us with sending it in or with a loaner or even the purchase of a cheap phone to use until it comes back!! bought a unlocked phone but still have to go into a store to get a new *** because the chat help CAN'T get it activate the *** from the previous phone because they don't know how to reassign it to a new phone. THATS THE POINT OF ******** IS PORTABILITY OF ACCESS. USC used to be the best customer service around now they JUST ****. I worked in this business years ago and we couldn't keep up with USC no matter what. Now a moron with a rotary phone and a fax machine would do it. I can see why they are now bought out by *********

      ****** at US Cellular is a SUPER GREAT! employee at USCelluar Concordia Kansas store is very fortunate to have him as a employee. Extremely helpful, concerned and cares about his customers. Would be a very good LEADER!

      They misrepresented if I added additional lines, it would only cost me $15 per line per month so I added a line for my son and a line for my mother-in-law and it ended up costing me an extra $95 per month. Evidently what they tell you and what the bill comes back are very different They will not give me any kind of credit for the last six months that theyve been charging extra and said it just happened sometimes this place has the worst customer service ever!

      No help at all. Can't find any cheap phones. Some people have to do prepaid bc they can't afford the expensive bill and expensive phones. The "live agent" (robot) I talked to just repeated itself and no help. Don't recommend us cellular.

      Scammers. They lie and steal your money and lock you into Contracts by lying about the data you're supposed to get. You cannot cancel any lines if you owe money on a device. The home internet is supposed to be unlimited, but it's not even though they tell you in stores that it is. I wanted to cancel and return their equipment, but they're not allowing me.
