      Went to US cellular on ***** in ********* with the manager being **** with some billing questions and he took an hour of his time, gave us hand written detailed numbers for six months and went through each month and realizing why the current valance existed. He was thorough and patient. And he also went on to discuss new rates. And we walked out the most satisfied customers ever thank you, ****.

      Worse phone carrier. They always charge different amounts every month. I call them every month to get no where. There connection is horrible. I can't change carriers until I pay off my devices so I'm stuck with them. There free phone promotion is not free because you have to have the higher phone plan so that's how your still paying for your phone. Very frustrating that I have no choice but to stay having them as my carrier.

      I went in to update my phones and plan. The rep. ****** told me that all the accessories were free. I asked him multiple times because I didn't want to pay for them. He assured me they were all free. I even got a receipt with all the items saying 0.00 charge.When I received my new bill all those accessories were charged to me on a 12 month payment plan. I went in to complain about it and get them removed but of course they said that is not what I was told.That is a scam. Be sure to get everything clearly in writing, which I thought I did.Be very careful when dealing with this company.

      Horrible company, You cant get a straight answer from anyone. Cannot get any service for the last 3 weeks. Call and talked to tech support 10 different times and they dont know anything. Once I said that I was going to get a different provider they automatically transfered me to retention department. *** in retention says maybe a booster, I told her I have had service for 9 years and now I dont. She said she would look into the matter and call me back. Hour later she calls me back to tell me there is no tower showing in my area?? I go into the store to payoff my phone and the gal at the counter tells me once you payoff the phone it is unlocked. Go to new provider to get phone hooked up and guess what, phone not unlocked. Called back to customer service (that department needs to be renamed because customer service is non existent) she tells me it takes 24 hours to unlock phone, really because it didnt take you 24 hours to take my money to pay off phone. It was through my bank before I walked out of the store. My advice.just run

      Us cellular was not able to provide good connection in my area stated it was a poor connection area from their technicians. They suggested buying a weboost to help which cost $500. After purchasing it didn't change my constant buffering and poor signal. When I decided to change service they made me pay off the router in order to cancel service. They stated even though it's no fault of mine there was nothing that could be done I had to pay it off equalling $400 to pay off both devices or would not cancel service and would continue get charged fir service until paid off. Also made be pay for the entire month off service would not prorate my bill. I will never work with them again. I don't believe believe I should have to pay for a router that is useless to me.

      Enjoyed 1st month trial, but renewal date was 06/29. Called customer service and spoke to 2 supervisors explaining my Social Security hits on the 3rd and could they extend it for 4 days. Was told that was impossible. Tried one more time today and it only took 30 mns to get it extended so I could make the annual payment. Wasted 20hrs over 20dsys but finally to find an agent who was able to help. Pleased with the it r service. NOTE, their service now starts at 17.50/month instead of 15.00/month as many sites still list.

      Dont honor their word, i was told if anything was wrong with my brand new iPhone 15 promax I could get it swapped out for a new one for free(within 15 days). That same day found that there was dust/lint inside the camera lense. Brought it back the next day (one day old). They said I had to pay a restocking fee. Yesterday when I bought the phone the gentleman helped with my purchase. Said that there was a restocking fee only for a swap of phones/color, not malfunction.

      I have been with US Cellular for years. Since 1999. I recently got married and we wanted to combine cell phones to just have one bill. We decided to go with his cell phone company since he uses his phone for business purposes. US cellular is now trying to charge me for a full month service for only two days of service. My cycle started on June 2 and we cancelled on June 4th. So I now have to pay for 2 cell phones bills because USCellular wants to try to penalize someone for leaving them. That is all they are trying to do. As I explained to the supervisor on the phone US Cellular pro rates if you change anything in the middle of a cycle so that they get their money so they need to pro rate this bill. But apparently it is their policy to penalize you if you leave them. Only explanation there is for it. It was never disclosed. He said well if you would have called and told us.....We could've told you. I went to the store. No one ever said a thing. I told them I hated leaving because I had been with them so long but we wanted to combine bills. NOTHING....not a word about what they would be doing.....charging for a whole month service for 2 days service. I'm very upset with this. No good business US Cellular.

      Would not recommend US Cellular to anyone. I have been a loyal customer, even after being scammed into an insane monthly service - that was far from what promotions were given. Changed carriers on May 31, 2024. Lines were cancelled on June 1, 2024. I have been trying to do the pay off on our devices, and have been given the run around for over a week. Was told by an associate 2 days ago, to wait for the final bill to pay off the phones. I got the email with the final bill early this morning, and when I tried to login to the app to pay, I was locked out. You also cant go into a store, because they cannot pull up the account. So I decided to call customer service to see if I could do it that way, and I was told they wont provide you any proof of payment. Just an updated bill with your payment when their current billing cycle ends - a month later. US Cellular makes it IMPOSSIBLE to pay your remaining bill or even access it, once the account is cancelled. Ive spent so much time on the phone and in stores, with ZERO SOLUTIONS. They clearly dont want money, no wonder ******** bought them out!

      The balance on my account is $7 less than what it should be and I have no idea WHY because the US Cellular website doesn't show an ITEMIZED list of specific charges anywhere. So I tried to use the website "chat" 3 different times, and I also called US Cellular 6 different times. Every single rep acted like they were half asleep and passive aggressive (eg. they don't have to listen, they just ramble on and on). Then after being on hold a long time I explained everything again to a "supervisor" I explained that I know what my balance was on 04/20, I know what I paid on that day, and I know the current balance is $7 less than what it should be. The supervisor literally said I have to get in my car and drive to a local store in order to find out why there's a $7 extra charge. I don''t even use my phone much for outgoing calls or texts. I mean WOW. This company is terrible and is not customer oriented at all.
