  My complaint is specifically about Walgreens mail order pharmacy which is located in ********, *******. I submitted refills for two prescriptions to be filled by mail order. Because my new insurance does not want to work with Walgreens mail order, my refills were cancelled by Walgreens. Walgreens did not notify me. Not only were my refills cancelled my actual prescriptions were removed from my account. ********************** canceled prescriptions that were due and that I needed. One of these was anti seizure medication. I called Walgreens 5 times to resolve this. I asked them to re-instate my prescriptions so that I could fill them in the store, which my insurance would cover. A tech told me she could do that. It never happened. Walgreens mail order jacked me around for a week while I am running out of seizure medication. They told me to call my doctor for a new prescription. That phone call to my doctor cost me $50. I had the new Rx and all of my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. I wont work with Walgreens anymore after being a loyal customer for 30 years. Their incompetence is going to kill people.

  The app and website are difficult to use. When it tells me my medication is ready for pickup, it isnt. Walgreens is dangerous if you need your medication quickly.

  I got harassed by one of the employees his name was ****. He got so close to me that he was breathing on my neck and trying to look in my purse and accuse me of stealing when I no I did not steal a thing. In front of everybody there he accused me of something I didn't do and then got me in tears and wouldn't even prove to me that I did do what he said I did and I said well let's look at the cameras then and he walked away and told me to put my stuff down and get out. If that's not discrimination on how I look then I don't know what is. I'm in tears and I want to file a harassment charge or slander do not go to that Walgreens he is a disgusting person

  Wouldnt fill an emergency prescription of ******* WHICH IS A BLOOD THINNER, i could die with out it, even though its there fault i dont have it because they've been sending it to a doctor that doesnt exist 8 times in a row after being told by me my doctors office they dont have a doctor by that name, i will be filling a law suit if it happens again.

  DO NOT GO HERE. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Pharmacist has not been available the past 2 days. My husband is in pain and needs his prescription filled but they cannot fill it or transfer it. Our doctor is not available either. I am now pro CVS!

  I had a terrible experience at the Walgreens pharmacy recently. The pharmacist on duty was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I approached them with a question about my prescription, and they acted like I was wasting their time. They were dismissive, short-tempered, and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. A little patience and professionalism go a long way, especially in a healthcare setting, but unfortunately, this pharmacist lacked both. I won't be returning to this location and would recommend others to avoid it as well.

  I keep getting 1-4 EMAILS from Walgreens each day that I don ** want. When I check your web site it states " It's a shame to see you go! Would you like to fine-tune your inbox instead? Opt-out of select subscriptions to see fewer, more relevant emails in your inbox. There are no email subscriptions associated with ######@$$$.com. Manage your email subscriptions " but I still get emails I don** want. I have been complaining about this for over a month and still get 1-2 emails a day.

  I went to drop some ***** packages at walgreen. The employee told me I will take some packages only I cant take it all. And I asked why she said I need to save room for packages that might come tomorrow. I said it is only 10 packages. She said I cant take all of them. I told ok Ill call ***** to find out she started yelling and saying step out from my store. I asked her for a manager she said I am the manager and I need you to step out from the store now. She was so rude and I will take a legal action.

  They are allowed to take your money but not allowed to give it back, they can take money for a reload on a card and if it doesnt go on your card they cant give it back your screwed and that is not acceptable. If I was to walk into a store and pocket something they wont allow me to keep it till I plan on giving it back
