      Walgreens as a company was stolen by a billionaire from Monaco who hates pharmacists (he has said he literally wants to get rid of them). They will give you the lowest pay rate with sub-inflation raises or no raises at all. The benefits are terrible and the insurance is actually profitable for the company. The company is designed to get the most money out of patients *** employees and is exported out of the *** to a billionaire in ******. Avoid like the plague. I was moving from one state to another with the intention to work there again for a while, but Walgreenss payroll department is completely scamming their own employees. They screwed up paying out my PTO then when it was pointed out to them that a mistake had been made they claimed they couldnt pay it out as the balance was less than 8 hours. All during a time of high stress. Anyway, glad I quit, would prefer not to sponsor ******* *******, as he is a criminal.

      discriminatory practices with management, was selected for an interview and upon meeting with the manager i was then told that she didnt realize who i was because of my married lastname. was not offered the job.

      I recently acquired an Xbox gift card intended as a New Year's gift for my nephew from Walgreens located at ******************************************************************************************. Regrettably, the card was returned due to a technical issue encountered by my nephew. Upon inspection of the card, I observed that the activation numbers appeared to have been tampered with, and several numbers were missing. This development was particularly disappointing given the significance of the occasion.Subsequently, I visited Walgreens to address the matter, but I was informed that they do not have a return or exchange policy in place. The staff recommended that I file a claim with Walgreens customer service, which I proceeded to do immediately. It has now been seven days since I submitted my report, and I have yet to receive any communication regarding its status. Upon contacting customer service today, I was informed that there has been no resolution and that the process may require between 30 to 180 days to yield any results.This experience leads me to conclude that Walgreens has unjustly retained $100 of my funds by selling me a defective gift card while subsequently providing inadequate customer support. I would advise individuals considering the purchase of gift cards from Walgreens to exercise caution, as there appears to be a significant risk of acquiring a fraudulent card, with Walgreens displaying a lack of accountability in such instances.

      Under Staffing, Location Closures and Poor Communication are causing me significant issues getting my RX filled. On December 17th my doctor submitted for 3 RXs to be filled at my local pharmacy. One for a syringe, one for a longer needle to draw up the medication, and a smaller needle to inject. I was notified that these were ordered on December 18th. It is now January 5th and this has not come in. When I called the pharmacy, first of all the pharmacist indicated that she only saw a RX submitted for the syringe and told me there must be a backlog because there is nothing she can do for me now other than give me some needles they use for vaccines. Firstly, I have record showing my doctor submitted for all 3. But when I asked if I could double check my freodert app, she hurried me off the phone saying she had lots of customers and could only offer me what she had mentioned.Firstly, the total duration of the phone call was 9 minutes, a few at the beginning of that being the automated system and being on hold. If the pharmacist doesn't have 5-10 minutes to serve a customer, you are missing the **** on staffing to provide customer service.Second, this back order issue was not communicated. I got a text confirming this was ordered but that's it - no estimated date to receive them, no check ins about it. Just near 3 weeks of ********** the last few years, 3 walgreens near me have closed. I must use walgreens according to my insurance, but now customers previously spread across 3 *********************** only have one location that is not staffed well enough to spend the time needed to find customer solutions.I would change pharmacies if I could. This is not the first time I've had issues like this getting needles from the pharmacy. I could buy them out of pocket, but I'd like to believe my health insurance is good for something. I'm very disappointed that walgreens seems to be putting profit good over service.

      Theyre supposed to be open 24/7, but have been closing around 10pm, a then opening back up sometime around 7:30/8am. This is false advertising and the hours need to be fixed. *****

      ALWAYS SLOW, MOST OF THE WOMEN ARE IMPATIENT AND RUDE. ONLY TWO AT THIS LOCATION IS HV GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BLACK GIRL WITH BRAIDS AND GLASSES N THE AFRICAN GUY.That hardly have prescriptions ready even after 2/ days.

      Very poor customer service I came there on 12/17/24 to refill my nebulizer solution and I shouldnt have a copay as I have both ******** and ********. The pharmacist **** was so upset with the fact that I didnt have a copay that when my insurance called and told him he coded it wrong he refused to change it. He told pharmacist at my insurance company she cant pay . The issue is he doesnt know my financial situation. And for him to refused to do hisjob because of his personal beliefs or feelings of what he thinks I deserve .I had my nebulizer medicine transferred to *** with zero copay beware of this CVS

      The Pharmacy has forgotten they are serving the public and that they are serving people who are sick .. They close at 10:00 pm and I arrived at 10;00, not one minute late, and as i waked in the store they made me leave and would not let me pick up my medication that I need. I went to the drive in window and they turned me away and again would not give my medication. I have done business with them for many years and bought thousands of dollars of medicine.. If you walk in the store at 10:00, not one minute late, they should serve you. I tried to make my feelings know about how I was treated the next day and the sales lady became very angry and said i would be welcome to take my business somewhere else and that I need to arrive minutes before 10:00.if I wanted to served at that store. ***** *****

      The worst possible experience you can come by with such a large company as it all comes down to their staff being totally incompetent and unprofessional especially when the Manager name Desire tells you that Walgreens is to cheap to hire additional people Ive waited up to 30 minutes to get my prescriptions and the Manager said it isnt her responsibility to assist the people back there when you have 10 people waiting in line to be served As a result of the Managers attitude I decided to take my business elsewhere where they appreciate their customers J ****** Peoria, **
