      I think the BBB needs to allow for negative ratings, especially with pharmacies like Walgreens.First, I was forced to Walgreens when our Rite Aid was bought out. Rite Aid was the best of the pharmacies that we had. The others were driven out of business by the likes of Walgreens, *******, and CVS. Since Walgreens has taken over, only one of the pharmacy staff remain. This lone holdout is the last pharmacist, *******. He is the ONLY reason my family has stayed with this joke of a pharmacy. He is nice, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Rite Aid's entire staff was like this. Walgreens' staff seem to be hired because they are the exact opposite. They are also rotated, so you never know who will be working. This means, more often than not, going to pick up medicine is only slightly less painful than a root canal, without anesthesia.Finding a parking space is a problem. We have just under ****** people in the area and it seems that every single one of them shops here. You can get in line, at the drive thru, and average 20 minutes waiting, or you can go inside and STAND for that long. If you are elderly and/or disabled, this becomes torture. I cannot count the number of times that people have backed out of the drive thru line because the wait was too long.Then, when you get to the window, you may or may not get the medicines you need. It seems I am the only person in ****** who takes about half of my medicines. They constantly have to order them. If these are on automatic refill, why? They don't seem to be able to keep these in stock. They also don't seem to want to order them until the day they are to be filled, so I have to wait. This can be 24 hours or up to four days. Granted, these aren't life threatening, but going off of them can complicate health conditions and increase pain.Walgreens puts this off on staff shortages. This is about stock and not people. It is also about profit at the customer's expense, pain, and suffering.

      I purchase a Nebulizer from Walgreen on 01/13/24. In about 3 weeks it had broken the compressor stop working, The motor started going slower and slower. Upon calling Walgreens for a Replacement they informed Me I need to have a Doctor write me another Prescription and to Purchase another. I indicated that had purchase it less than a month ago and they said that they don't warranties and that I need to Call the Manufacture for repair or Replacement . I had my daughter call the Manufacture and Continually Called Them and only reach a Answer Machine to leave a Message and some one would call Me Back. I left Several Messages. As of 10/28/2024 no one has ever call me back . The Walgreens is located at *************************. The Manufacture is Vios LC Plus ( Pari ) Nebulizer . The Walgreen Store number the device it was purchase at is

      I called the pharmacy at the Walgreens on ****************************************************** (store 7167) four times between 9:26 and 9:50am on Friday, October 25th 2024. I was placed on hold multiple times for long periods, and on the third time, I actually heard a worker pick up the phone and hang it up.I have had multiple problems at this pharmacy before over the past few months and there has not been any improvement: incomplete delivery and pick up orders from the store, over charges at the pharmacy, store credit/rewards not working at the register. The pharmacy workers in particular appear to be intentionally antagonizing customers and management and corporate have not apologized or have done anything to resolve it. I have been a customer for a couple of years now, but the last few months have been awful.If anyone in management or corporate bothers to look at ****** and Yelp reviews, they have multiple one-stars at this location spanning a year. I saw one comment that stated another pharmacy told them that this one has a bad reputation among the entire area.

      I placed an order for same day delivery at 8:17PM on Saturday, October 19, 2024, with Walgreens. I received a confirmation receipt showing that my order had been received and would be delivered by 9:47PM on October 19, 2024. When the order had not arrived by 10:05PM I contacted the store where the order was placed. I asked to speak with the store manager to check the status of my order. I assume the person I spoke with, Dave, was that person. Dave told me they didn't have an order for me. That even though I placed the order on their website, it could be on any Walgreens. He went on to say that DoorDash would be the delivery person and sometimes they do the shopping, pay for it and deliver it, he had no way of checking.
      I received a second email from Walgreens telling me my delivery had been delayed and would be delivered between 10:00PM and 10:30PM October 20, 2024. How would that be considered same day deliver, that's more than 24 hours after the order was initially placed, 8:17PM, October 19, 2024. I requested the order be canceled. Dave could not cancel it even with my confirmation number because the system does not connect with other Walgreens. They can't connect but, they would allow DoorDash to remove orders people use their credit/debit cards on from their system and not be able to track them.
      Dave advised me to contact the phone number on the receipt and they would be able to track and cancel the order. I called the number on the receipt, no answer. I went on line and called the number shown there no answer. I clicked on chat and ended up with Timothy B. I requested that he cancel my order and was told that my order could not be canceled even though it had not be filled. When I stated that my order could be canceled and requested to know what store my order had been sent to. While I was providing him with my name and confirmation number, he disconnected my chat. Walgreens service is getting worst and worst. I wish I could leave no star.

      Walgreens pharmacies, specifically the Galveston seawall, and Vidor locations, are the WORST pharmacies that I have ever dealt with! They rarely have needed medications on stock, then they give you a pick up date, and the prescription isn't ready, and sometimes still not even available. The line at the drive thru and inside the store are always long because they are under staffed.
      And most recent experience was that they sent a message letting me know that medication i take would be ready for pick up in 5 days, so I called to let them know that I needed it much sooner, and was told that it would be ready by 5pm the following day, so I drove an hour to get it, and once there was told that because it was scheduled to come from their warehouse they couldn't fill it at the store, and they had the medication there!! I was there for almost 2 hours dealing with incompetent and rude employees, until I finally left without it!!
      I had my physician call it in to CVS and by the next morning I received a text message that my prescription was ready!!

      Last week I was followed around Walgreens in 25016 Gratiot Ave, Eastpointe, Mi 48021 by managers, Todd and Cassandra.
      First Todd followed me around and watched me on every isle I went down. I had to grab my baby out of the basket and change isles from and he still met me on every isle. I said what's going on. He didn't say anything. And then Cassandra started to follow me after he did. I asked them "why they were following me" and she said " I come into the store with my 4 kids all the time to steal". I was so furious. And there were other customers there, so you can imagine how embarrassing that was.
      I don't have 4 kids and the kids I do have don't steal. I literally had a baby not too long ago and didn't go to Walgreens for a good while. I feel like I've been either stereotyped or it was a case of mistaken identity. Either way, I didn't deserve to get followed and I didn't deserve to get talked to so nasty. Also, im a disabled vet so getting around the store wasn't the easiest with a baby.

      I. Have never had so much trouble getting a prescription from them in my life they need a better system in place when a store goes off line for other stores to access there system to cancel prescriptions my pharmacy was down for 6 days and I had a prescription locked in and nothing could be done about it but pay out of pocket for the medication

      Order some cards from this location sales clerk said cards would be done and 4:00 p.m i called at that time
      Johanna said she had to trouble shoot computer than they would be done came back 2hours later Chelsea said no cards will be done cause noone is going too trouble shoot computer i ask why didn't someone just say that or call before I made a blank trip she responded not my fault than Johanna joins in and say now it will be 3-4 days i than ask for district manager number Chelsea saids I don't know it i say ok worst Walgreen ever..

      the WORST pharmacy customer service!! every now and then i actually get a decent human on the phone, but 9 out of 10, i get the rudest, unprofessional person answering the phone. several times someone answered w/just hello like it was a personal phone call!!! Never have my sons meds in stock which cause his rx to expire but they dont tell you that. is this a job requirement for walgreens? EVERY one i've dealt w/, except the one they closed, has been rude!!! for lack of better words unprofessional !!!

      I am soo upset and had to do something. My Granddaughter who is 7 years old and has severe autism which includes her being non verbal. She just got out of CHOP yesterday and they sent her prescriptions to Walgreens on *************. She don't eat or drink anything ever. She only eats one type of baby food anyway she just got a feeding tube put in and now she needs to take medicines with it. So her medicine still was not ready so the pharmacist on the phone said the insurance didn't cover it and then said oh we don't have it and then said oh yeah we can help you get it off the shelf so we went in to get it and we asked for their help to make sure we get the right kind and they refused to help us get it and pretty much told us it's not their problem! As they see her sitting there with her feeding tube on!! So unprofessional and no form of caring or help at all. Especially when we really needed just one person to help us so my baby can feel better. But instead she got away from us and fell because we were too busy trying to figure out what we had to get. So yeah we left with nothing. Thanks a lot to the ignorant disrespectful employee that wouldn't help us. You know who you are. Soo sad you couldn't help us for 5 min. At least for my baby who just needed her medicine. We will let the doc know tomorrow. We couldn't even go anywhere else because they have our prescription. I thought people in this field had some kind of a heart! I will make sure to tell everyone not to go here! Shame on this place.
