      I find it very annoying that Walgreens keeps giving you the break times for the pharmacist and the pharmacy staff..

      I refilled my ******************* 50mg the last time in April of this year, at store # ***************************************************** June. I have been out for a few weeks and have tried several times to get a refill, each time I am told that my Rx has expired, each time I tell them that a new one was called in in June, but the could never find it. So I had to stop taking it. The and asked her to check again, she did but failed to find the new prescription. I demanded to see a manager so she called a pharmacist over who was very nice, checked the computer and found my new prescription. She filled it immediately. Why was this so hard? I made a post on FB and I had multiple responses from friends that they had had similar experiences with Walgreens, and they had switched to another pharmacy. Which I will do during open enrollment. Your store is going to kill somebody unless something changes.

      Prescription taken days to fill after being submitted electronically from doctor.This has been a problem for every prescription/no matter how its submitted I have better things to do than make repeated trips to Walgreens. The same issue with getting it mailed.I just read through the last 1 star ratings. Im having the same issue. Why are they still rated high. It doesnt take 9 months to fix a staffing issue.

      They are terrible. I just had a root canal and the Endodontist sent Walgreens the prescription for the pain med at 9am. Its been 12 hours, 9pm., and it isnt filled yet. They should just close the darn store. Totally useless!

      Your Walgreens location at *************************************** are imposing unfair practices on customers, using their ** to block them from returning items. Consumers are protected by the federal government and should not be forced to stick with products that do not work or cause allergic reactions. I purchase everything I have and do not ask for anything from anyone in that store. stop taking out your frustration on your paying customers. should not be pushed on your customers if it not be for us do you think your store would be in our community. It would be good for you not to be in our community if you are going to cause harm on your customers by way of misconduct, retaliation the lack of customer service and laughing at your customer when you decided to not treat them with respect. rule is if you do not have your respect to use the ** but I had my receipt and yet your still created grid lock and laughter as you are practicing this unlawful behavior. Staff member ******** has expressed negative comments about Walgreens. Why is your company and staff retaliating against customers. Each time I would do my return and it was rejected she laughed as though it was funny. she did this to intentionally make me emotional but I am tougher than that I will not allow you or your staff to inflict emotional harm on me because you are angry with the world. Unlawful fear tactics with dishonesty are gross and consumers I have had to file with consumer protection and the consumer protection federal bureau to address the company's issues. Walgreens should stop treating customers poorly. The ********************** has not made any managerial changes and many staff members hide to avoid losing their jobs. This consumer retaliation is reported to the federal government. While I still maintain a level of professionalism yet, your organization continues to do the following on purpose Here is why your company has violated my right as a consumer.I only gave one start becuase it was suggested

      Terrible customer service. I have to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone to put me on hold another 20 minutes to get a controlled substance refilled. And this has to be done the day it's due. So that puts me a day behind(because they have to order the drug) and they only refill every 29 days, while most pharmacies refill at 28 days. Not to mention how the rules seem to change every month. I got thrown to Walgreens when rite aid closed. Now I know how good ***************** was. I would never recommend Walgreens for anything!

      Hard to believe a Pharmacy that says it's open 24 hours in all of the ********/****** Area says it's computer is down and doesn't have your drug/out of it is open. Should be shut down. Labor Day pharmacy employee was rude and didn't even offer to help. *******************. Much better service in ******. May just change my opinion of Walgreens after using them for at least 20 years.

      We moved here a year ago and set up the automatic prescriptions so they would all come at the same time. Its been a year and it has not happened. They have given me wrong numbers of pills. For instance 25 pills for a 30 day supply. Been told I have to wait for insulin when they know I am out. Im type one I cant wait! And yesterday I went to pick up a prescription and was told it will not be ready till Tuesday unless I need it. I said I need it today. They said it will be ready by afternoon. Called back at 6pm and they said it will be ready soon, they are very busy just wait for my text. No text came called today and was told it was set for Wednesday. I exclaimed I need it today and told them what I was dealing with the last two days. Sent me to the pharmacist had to explain it all over again. We will have it ready in 15 minutes. Im on the phone enough with doctors, insurance , and specialist I dont need this added headache!! And I have many more stories like this over the last year!

      Very unprofessional I had to call to get my refill 2 days ahead of time and they did not contact me I called again they said it will be 3 more days I explained the medication I am out was to help me until my organ transplant happens but they the Bellevue Store Pharmacist, he was very rude and said I could go to another Walgreens that has it but they would have it they found a store but would not transfer to there location because they just dont,t do that but if you want it you have to drive to get it which is about 15 miles more with the 20 I already drove to get it from the Bellevue Store, so I need to drive 35miles to get my meds. This is more than once this has happen poor service and rudeness to the customer and not filling a perception that is LIFE NEEDED. You should be ashamed of hoe you run this business, I will see if I can follow up this complaint with BBB. **** *** a customer of over 30 years.

      I signed up for Walgreens' advertised COVID treatment plan this morning which they expect a $45 payment up front for. They promised a call within 3 hours to verify my health history and give a prescription for Paxlovid. I didn't receive a call after over 9 hours and their customer service doesn't even know that this treatment plan exists. Their pharmacists don't either.I don't blame customer service or the pharmacists. I think Walgreens Corporate is doing this without any forethought whatsoever. In my case, it just extends my moderate COVID symptoms a bit longer. However, people who aren't lucky and have severe COVID might die because of corporate irresponsibility.I will be disputing the charge with my bank and I'm sure I will hear from them at that point. In the mean time, do not put your life in the hands of Walgreens Corporate. You are better off getting a nosebleed and swimming with sharks.
