1 starI have been going to this Walgreens for years. They often do not have the meds I order every month. They harass me by robot calls, texts, emails to order meds which I don't need. They don't have the meds ready even after them email me that it is ready (or they can't find it) so I get to go back again. They have over charged me several times. They ignore copay coupons on my account and try to get me to pay more than I have to. I caught them on this last weekend. My insurance told me the billing was an error and reversed it, but I had to go to the pharmacy for my refund. The pharmacist was nasty and yelled that it is up to me to talk to the insurance about what they charge. She was nasty to me and the associate I was working with. I complained about her to the store manager. He said he had heard others say the same thing (but she is still there). I spoke to her boss and he didn't like that I called her a b**** I could have used stronger language. He also said my insurance changed the price (from Saturday afternoon, to Sunday night, and then again on Tuesday?). He told me not to come back. I was nice about the whole thing. If the b hadn't been so rude I would have let it go. Now he is defending her and telling me not to return? Some customer service. I want everyone to know how badly they treat their customers.Review fromNegipe

1 starPoor pharmacist review. Many times my prescriptions are being held up because of the pharmacist questioning my doctors orders or my amount of medications taken without notifying me of the problem until I initiate a call why my prescriptions are not filled. By then Im out of the medication. Also for a 90 day supply I may call 4 days early and he wont put the order through. By the time I get the order Im without the pills. He blames it on the insurance but a number of times *** found hes questioning why I do so many.Review fromCelia D.

1 starMy email to Walgreens: There is criminal activity going on in this store Walgreens Pharmacy *************************************************************************** *************. My nephew has "Spinal Cord Injury" diagnosed as "Paraplegic". Incident 1: I picked him up from the hospital on 01/27/23 picked up his medication. He was supposed to get "75 Oxycodone" and they gave him "50" voiding out the remaining "50". Incident 2: Then the next time I went to pick up his refill for "240 Methadone" they gave me "139" voiding out the remaining. Incident 3: Now, yesterday 02/26/23 after Church I went to pick up his medication, I waited an hour for them to finish refill. I get home start filling his "Pill Box" and I said to myself and family "that there is no way that there is 30 pills in this bottle!" I then counted the pills and there was only "16" in the bottle and "4" in the pill box. So I call Walgreen's spoke to ****** whom informed me that the pills are counted twice and on camera. I said that that might be true but we have 20 pills vs 30 pills so that means I stole ************************* miscounted 10 pills. I'm a Law ************************** I do not pop pills, smoke or drink so I have no need to steal meds especially after using my Drivers License to pick up medication. So, manager ********* told me to call the Police so I did. They will call me back, but they advise me to contact Walgreens ***************** So, this is the only online form that I could find to file some type of complaint. I will also contact the Insurance Company and let them know that they are paying for medication that he is not getting. Please advise. Thank you *************************Review fromDonna S

1 starThe Walgreens on Hwy 287 in *********, ** has the rudest staff people that I have ever seen. (NOT THE CHECKERS AT THE ***** DOOR they are nice) the others walking around doing nothing, the Manager maybe??? walking around is a **** b**** consistently every time I go in there, she completely ignores me and all of the other people who ask for help. She is a nasty woman who I have seen be rude and nasty to numerous customers! Why has she not been fired? This week I went in to the ****, ** Walgreens 3 times and those employees were all SO nice! What a difference! ********* has completely lost my business forever. I am happy to drive further to go to the **** Walgreens.Review fromRobbin M

Ask him to get Infront of me to talk so he not being loud. He refused. Try to check out at pharmacy just tell you your putting ur card in wrong. I'm done with Walgreens. Rite aid is better. 1 starI was told I needed to drop a ***** package off at **** which is not true. I frequent this **********-12 times a week to drop packages and use pharmacy. One manager doesnt like to do it so he tells me I cant drop them there. This has happened twice. He gets angry and starts talking down. When you get angry he becomes more aggressive. Tonight was the same. Horrible experience with ****** again. He accosted me about dropping it off at ****. When I told him he needed to stop telling ppl that he got aggressive so I put my phone number in and left. He began yelling my at me as I was leaving so I went back so he didnt have to yell across the store. He told me how i dont know what ** doing (again I do this daily). I laughed and left. Next thing I know a cop is at my house telling me I cant go back to Walgreens? Are you kidding me? No record maybe one speeding ticket in my life and I have a police officer show up at my house? This is beyond unacceptable behavior. He only did it as a defense because I told him I would be making a complaint against him.Review fromsherry s

1 starWalgreen's Does *** care about costumer's complaints and has policy of forcing you to talk to whomever you are having a problem with is there policy to send complaint to complaintives store that was causing this chaos in my life called me So it seems like Walgreen's will back there employees and does not do anything about complaint what a policy you complain and they have those people call you and say go ahead call again they will just have me call you back so is harassment !!!! Giving the pharmacist the opportunity to put stuff down in my chart to deny me my medication and affect my life!! far as I know that pharmacist does not have PhD nor the medical experience as my doctor or surgeons and left After not getting any call back or help from ********** district office I decided to try calling the **** number to be told well we do not see any report or incidents until in January when this was going on since dec 3 and as I said I called Southfield district office multiply times ********** office i was told there was just a secretary and a desk there that I needed to call the **** number to get a case number the way I was treated was inhumane and that is exactly what happened I got a call was told it was a miscommunication Wich that was not the case and they would not fill my meds on the pharmacist review and I was not allowed the outcome of what they were going to do or if anything was going to be done so I was lied to manipulated harassed went through pain suffering anxiety depression chest pain do to all this Wich was not the case so policy as follows if you call to make a complaint it will go straight to those you are making a complaint about and you have to deal with those people you do not even want to see again they will damage your med record and continue to lie munipulate harass and treat you inhumanly this was at the 9 mile and coolage in oakpark locationReview fromJudy S

1 starHow in the h*** do you lose someone's precription???? Got a message my script was ready for pick up. Went there and it's no where to be found! Seriously!!??? Now lucky me I get to wait while it's reordered. Evidently it's also not kept in stock even though I get this refill every month. If there were another pharmacy close to me I would switch in a heartbeat. Can't believe the unprofessionalism there. Walgreens in ******, *********Review fromLauren S

1 starI purchased a defective heating pad and tried returning the product the same day with the receipt. Because my drivers license has been expired 1 month, I was not allowed to return the product that does not work. The lady in line behind me offered to use her ID. This was refused by the clerk, her supervisor, & the store assistant manager. The employees even said they remembered me from today. I asked for the 800 number. When I reached out to them, I was told my case would be put in & someone would be reaching out to me probably tomorrow. I informed them I needed to speak with someone now and I have now been on hold for over 20 minutes. This is STEALING! This is THEFT! My drivers license has nothing to do with my defective purchase, especially when I produce the receipt.Update: I called customer service again after waiting on hold over 40 minutes. That rep did not take my name or number. She told me it was a corporate policy that could be found on the website. She told me I needed to take it up with the store I purchased from. She told me there was no supervisor for me to speak to and hung up on **** returned later with my husband and was allowed to return the product with his ID. This is no different than the lady behind me in line who offered her ID. The assistant manager who did the return was the same assistant manager who refused an hour earlier. She insisted the return policy online states that a valid ID is needed, but could not give me a maximum amount of a purchase that would not require an ID. She ended up telling me it was under $20. She also told me I needed to take it up with corporate. The return policy was not posted anywhere in the store other than the 30 day return part of the policy which was posted on the door. Upon research on the Walgreens website, I cannot find any mention of valid identification mentioned anywhere for any reason. This is THEFT and LIES!
