      Ive recently had to switch from a local independent pharmacy to Walgreens because my ******** plan doesnt consider my local pharmacy to be a *************. Dealing with Walgreens is an absolute nightmare. To ask a simple question regarding my prescription Ive been on hold for up to an hour. I went to pick up a prescription after being advised it was available for pickup and when I got there I was told the prescription had been put back because I didnt pick it up. I could go on and on but dont want to spend anymore time complaining. Simply put, if you must use Walgreens, good luck!

      Horrible customer service, terrible hours, staff is consistently rude. I will be moving my prescriptions to a different location.

      This specific Walgreens in **********, **: ***********************************************************************, pharmacy manager is the complete worst!! I only kept going there because a Senior Apothecary, ******* gives the best service and makes it feel like the old school pharmaceutical experiences of when I was a child. While ****** is out, the Manager is dishonest, short patient and all around jackass! I had surgery on Tues, (2/14/23) I had my friend take me there to get my needed pain management prescriptions and antibiotics prescription. They said they couldn't give it to me because the Doctor had the dosage incorrect on the script. It is Wednesday, so now I am trying to get the prescription, I called and they said if I used their free delivery it would get to me in the next business day. He said I could go online and pay for same day delivery, which was a $6.99 fee. SO I do that and I'm waiting because it said once I paid, it would get to me by 6:00pm. I then ordered some in store purchases from another Walgreens closer to me, paid the $6.99 fee and my items arrived from "Doordash". Now the pharmacy manager from the Walgreens at the ***********************************************************************, calls me and tells me I should get my prescription the next business day or Saturday. I argued with this jackass because I went online and put it in as same day, and he changed it. THIS GUY IS THE WORSE!!! SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO GO TO THIS WALGREENS, I SUGGEST YOU DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      As a former employee I think it's disgusting on how the "HR" department is worked. I asked 3 weeks prior to my court date for copies of my paystubs and verification letter. Going on 4 weeks I still don't have them. My address never changed it's still the same, they email me an encrypted file that is empty and I have had my current employers IT department try and help but Walgreens claims its on my end. I have asked them to mail it then on several occasions. In addition I have yet to receive my W-2, I have explained that I have received my insurance info for my taxes but nothing else. On February 10th I called to have them mail my W-2 so I don't have to wait longer and I was told that they can't mail until the February 15th deadline hits. Whatever that *** mean, It is now the 16th I still have yet to receive my paystubs and call again to be told to hold on. Get it together Walgreens, I will be filing a complaint with the ***

      Walgreens has become absolutely horrible. The ordering system stinks.I have never seen a company fall into disarray so quickly. If I could give -5 stars I definitely would. Anytime a pharmacist would put somebody on hold for over 80 minutes is uncalled for They continue to lie to your face and on the phone. ... Totally disgusted with Walgreens pharmacy

      It has been over 2 weeks, as an ex employee, and I still haven't received my W2 tax form. Ive called 4 times now and everyone who answers the phone has a different answer/explanation. Legally they as to be sent out by the 31st of January and obviously they are violating this law!!!!

      ***** and the staff do not fill up prescription, hang up the phone as well as mistreat customers. Very racist and they discriminate customers as well as deny service when requested.

      They constantly switch my prescription to auto-refill, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, and create *************** and medical messes. It's funny how there can be an actual reason a prescription doesn't have a refill, and the people who are not my doctor don't actually know that.

      Nasty! Have been trying to refill prescriptions for a month and paid for health care visits just to get them transferred because my crappy insurance says I can only go to a walgreens. No help what so ever, Is this a Medicaid facility? *** was a hell of a lot better. Why can't I go to ***. It's cheaper to have no insurance.
