Scheduled a vaccine for a family member. Set the location correctly-site says vaccine is available, so we set the appt time. We get to the location @ ******************************************************************, employee says "We don't have that vaccine here. We don't carry it. Try another Walgreens- a 24 hr one, they'd normally carry it."TO THE COMPANY:1. Your site service is a joke. Waste of time AND GAS for your cutomers; setting an appointment only to find out you're lied to. You know you lose customers this way, right?2. Train your employees to be competent and know how and when to apologize. They, after all, represent the company. It woul've made things a little better, but now, you've really lost a customer.TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS:STAY AWAY FROM WALGREENS. THEY DON'T CARE. TRY A DIFFERENT AND BETTER PHARMACY.

The normal Walgreens pharmacy I go to closed with no notice only a sign on the gate to the pharmacy when I arrived to pick up my medicine so I had to switch to a different pharmacy I picked my prescription up and a different Walgreens a few days later then when I had to refill the prescription I had my doctor call in the prescription and when I went to go pick it up AGAIN at the 2nd Walgreens a sign on the gate saying temporarily closed due to staffing this time its a Saturday I am out of my medication and I cannot just transfer the prescription because it is a controlled substance so I have to wait until Monday to get my medicine. When I called an open Walgreens pharmacy and spoke with a pharmacist and explained my frustration she said maybe I should transfer my medicine to a more reliable pharmacy. That was her resolution. Needless to say I am very frustrated and I have no medication and the pharmacist doesnt care

Walgreens WOULD NOT fill the Prescription from my Doctor, which - had I not been able to fill it elsewhere, could have caused me major harm from covid19. The staff at the walgreens in *********** ** said it was "for my safety" but there is no basis for this judgement due to the fact that my Prescription was NOT any type of narcotic, psychotropic, or other major body altering drug. Walgreens would not fill my Prescription for Ivermectin. My Licensed Medical Doctor determined that Ivermectin is safe for me to take, but Walgreens apparently wants to play Doctor and pick and choose who gets their medications. Was it for political reasons? What's the deal Walgreens? The Attorney General of ** even wrote a letter, affirming that Doctors can prescribe drugs "off-label" as they see fit: https://www.live5news.com/2022/02/11/can-**-doctors-prescribe-alternative-meds-like-ivermectin-against-covid-attorney-general-weighs/Walgreens, you have to stop blockading drugs for "early covid treatment" (Ivermectin and Hydroxycholoroquine) that Licensed Medical Doctors have all rights to prescribe. Walgreens you are acting as part of the problem, not the solution! What a disgrace!

I am trying to report Walgreens in **********,** and I don't see they are a searchable option. They run a Fed Ex that doesn't create shipping labels or print them. They said it was because they are a 3rd party vendor.

I scheduled a ****** vaccine for my son. The Walgreens system automatically scheduled the next appointment. I got an appointment confirmation via email. When I showed up for the appointment, the pharmacist informed me that I was a day too early for the appointment. I am not sure why the system would schedule the next shot for my son during a time when he could not receive the shot. This resulted in approximately two hours of my time wasted. This experience exemplifies the type of company Walgreens has become; specifically, they are incompetent and should be avoided.

The floors are dirty with dried products and food, the floors haven't been cleaned for months and according to the manager they don't even have a vacuum, which means the carpets can not be cleaned. The counters are visibly dirty. The parking lot is dirty with piles of garbage in several places. The employees smoke cigarettes right by the front door so customers have to walk through smoke to enter this store. There are chips and holes in the tile floors that seem like a tripping hazard. They sell food but I found several expired cooler items and I was just looking for a few minutes. All of these things seem hazardous for a place that is inviting the sick to shop there.

Walgreens pharmacy recently has changed their hours to close at 9:00pm Monday-Friday. I arrived to Walgreens drive thru at 8:20pm and waited until 8:35pm to finally realize that they closed the drive thru. I went inside and waited in line until 8:45 to be addressed by the pharmacist herself to let me and few other customers know that they will not help us because they met whatever they need to meet for the day. With 15 minutes still opened, they did not care for the rest of the people in need of medication because they met whatever they need to meet. This tells me they do not care for their customers and their health and only care about meeting a daily quota. They also will put a customer on hold for more than an hour and then hang up on them without ever speaking with the customer on the line. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to with the rudest and laziest employees.

Walgreens allows staff to refuse to sell medication and items that the drug store carries. They claim it is because of the employees "faith". Those people don't need to work at a DRUG STORE then. Judging and embarrassing your clientele for trying to purchase products is NOT OK.
