    We ordered a specific table size for a second restaurant location and was sent a much larger size table top without any notification or knowledge of the change. We didn't realize the size difference until after the tables were assembled. We reported the mistake right away and were given several excuses and a run-around as to why this happened. There was never once an apology, a solution offered or responsibility taken on their part for this mistake. And we were treated so poorly and unkindly in our efforts to correct the situation. They first told us that they discontinued the size we ordered and then when I found the correct size on the website and asked then to send the correct size, they blamed me for accepting the original shipment and because the table were assembled they could not take the back. This really is a terrible company with even worse customer service and I would not recommend using them or giving them any business. No one deserves to be treated the way that this company treated us.

    The wrong size was shipped by accident. As you had only contacted us 2 months after the shipment was delivered and the items have been in use, we are unable to accept them back as we do not sell used furniture to our customers. They are not resalable as holes have been drilled into them.I tried offering you a substantial discount for the mishap and to help make the situation better for you, however that offer was declined.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with. Fraudulent charges, products that never arrived. Terrible customer service, the manager **** couldn't care less about when your order arrives or helping you find it. Attitudes by everyone, everyone has a different answer to your questions and constantly lies. STAY AWAY. I'd also be happy to provide the emails to anyone who want to see the lies. They have no problem taking your money though!

    Their black vinyl padded metal chairs are surprisingly comfortable. After a few phone calls, I was able to get a replacement part for one of the chairs that had been broken during delivery. Although I had to do some assembly that I didn't plan it was a positive buying experience since I got the replacement part that was damaged.
