  I own several bars in the *********** area and this is the worst experience I have ever had. They have horrible customer service. Sent the wrong product. Also was very late with no delays listed on the website. No way of making it better or fixing the problem. They just made it my problem.

  We had a fantastic experience purchasing furniture from this company. Their customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process.   Despite a delay with the delivery of our order (booths, tables and chairs) I am satisfied with my purchase from this furniture company . Their customer service agent kept ** updated. He even reached out to let ** know that our order would be ready in exactly three weeks. And we even got a call from the delivery service to check what time we will be at the address. Maybe that seems like a small gesture but it allowed ** to plan accordingly and open our renovated restaurant with the new furniture we bought from them. We had to wait a bit longer than I desired but their dedication and commitment to quality customer service impressed me.

  I was looking to order new furniture for the staff lounge in our school. The furniture in the "school furniture" catalogs was very generic and expensive. Then I found RestaurantFurniture.net and was extremely pleased with the style of furniture, quality of the furniture and price. The furniture was delivered to the school within 2 weeks!
