  I made a large order of commercial bar tables and chairs and I have to say the quality far exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship of the furniture is exceptional. Despite the small delivery delay I am pleased with their support agents, delivery and will be ordering again.

  I purchased a set of 6 wooden dining chairs and a lovely customized wooden table for my dining room. Although the delivery was delayed by more than a week the furniture arrived in perfect condition. Assembling the furniture was easy and the end result is fantastic. The quality of chairs and tables exceeded my expectations, and I'm looking forward to a quicker delivery for my upcoming outdoor furniture order.

  Their customer support is exceptional. It feels like they are setting a new standard when it comes to dealing with customers. Their team is not only incredibly polite but also remarkably patient. I purchased wooden tables from them and I must say the quality of the tables is awesome. They arrived in pristine condition, without a single scratch. There was a minor setback with the delivery, as it was delayed by three weeks. Despite the delay the overall experience was excellent and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

  I had a great experience with Restaurant furniture .I ordered 40 chairs for my pizzeria. They arrived in perfect condition!!! **************** was outstanding communication, All all the way to delivery. Thank you guys so much. .

  Tables are great! Wonderful finish, look great in our dining rooms. The service was excellent and they accomodated all our requests/questions. They are saving us sooo much money from having to cloth our older unestetically pleasing tables. Would highly recommend to anyone!

  Our new pub furniture is a big hit! ******* from sales recommended products that combine style and durability (which was our primary goal). We wanted furniture that looked nice but could also survive everyday and heavy use. The chairs and tables she suggested match our existing furniture perfectly. We had a little difficulty with our order (missing screws), but they handled it immediately and provided the necessary parts without any hassle or delay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is obvious in their service.

  I absolutely do not recommend this company. For $1500 dollars worth of furniture, so far, I have been billed almost $1000 in freight/shipping charges. I say "so far" because they are some how getting away with continuing to bill my credit card and justifying it by "claiming" their third party shipper is submitting late invoices however they are unwilling to produce those invoices as proof to me upon request. When asked to provide a detailed invoice from the shipping company, RestaurantFurniture.Net created a generic invoice for the exact amount billed on their own accounting software. Aside from the shipping charges. Their service is lacking. Our shipment did not arrive whole so we thought we would received multiple packages. after 3 weeks of not hearing more about the missing pieces, we reached out to customer service and got no response. We waited another week and reached out again to let them know we received table tops and bottoms but no columns to connect the tables. **************** assured us they would send them right out. When we received the package- we discovered they still had not sent all of the order items and had to reach out again to let them know we were missing pieces. We were told that item would ship the very next day but come 2 weeks later it still had not shipped. All in all we have been dealing with Restaurant Furniture from June 28th regarding 1 order through September 29th when they discontinued responding to my emails and requests for information pertaining to the additional shipping charges on my credit card. I do not recommend this company and think they do bad business.
