  It is easy to tell just by looking at the table tops I ordered that they are superior quality. They appear to be very durable and made of high quality materials. **************** was quite helpful in picking which tabletops would be appropriate for my burger establishment. The delivery was quite quick and someone called to arrange a ************* that worked for me.

  When you operate a restaurant and want to keep its reputation as one of the best in town you must ********** with furniture that is strong enough to endure the kind of traffic that restaurants experience on a regular basis. I discovered custom restaurant furniture online and I had never heard of them before, but after being amazed by their furniture, I recommend them to all my fellow business owners who have similar demands as me.   Terrible customer service experience with ****, the manager . I specified a 2 piece corner booth for a client and when the item arrived, the unit was in 1 piece and unable to fit through the door. My client called the customer service department immediately upon delivery and was basically told, "too bad, so sad". My client was also told that when the item was ordered, RestaurantFurniture.net was not notified that the item was going to a residential address. I have the *** (bill of lading) where it clearly states this item was to be delivered to a residential address and that the booth was 2x (in 2 pieces). Upon this discovery, I myself called customer service to discuss with ****. He was unhelpful and unapologetic. He told me I needed to email my concerns to their generic email address and he would not discuss the matter over the phone. He said they will not help with an exchange or any resolution. What kind of customer service and company is this?

  Thank you for your feedback. I see that we looked into your complaint about the specifications and the order was manufactured exactly as stated on your invoice. Unfortunately you did not inform us about your specific door size and our company manufactured the order in the proper sizes to fit a standard restaurant entrance or any standard entrance to that matter. As the items are custom made per your specifications its hard for us to understand where your complaint is coming from. The order was manufactured exactly as you ordered it. I'm sorry for your bad experience but I do encourage you to take proper measurements of your space prior of placing orders for customized items.

  Their padded black vinyl metal chairs are really comfortable. I was able to get a new part for one of the chairs that had been damaged during delivery after making a few phone calls. Despite the fact that I had to do some unplanned assembly, it was a great purchase experience because I received a replacement part that was broken. Also, everyone at the company is friendly and ready to help.

  I had a good experience with this company. The customer service agent **** helped me pick the best furniture for my restaurant to match my existing furniture. The products I ordered arrived on time and without any damage. The quality is great and the design matches perfectly with my restaurant's theme.
