      Ordered a product in April of 2024. Order #***** 10 email threads to the customer service team and no responses. I have yet to receive my order

      I purchased the dog harness on 1/29/25. Today is 2/7/25 and have not received a tracking number or reply to my three emails. I tried calling the number they have list and it says not a real number. I enter a complaint with ****** as well. Their response was to wait till the end of February. I do not agree with that especially since this "Business" had on their website all orders shipped within 48 hours plus the 8 day delivery. I would like a refund and for this place to not be able to operate anymore. After I realized how long it was taking I googled reviews and same comments. No communication, phone isn't working, when someone was able to make contact they said their warehouse caught fire. Even if this is a small business they need to communicate with their customers. However, I feel as this is a scam.

      I ordered a collar from Goat trail tactical 11/18/24 when I received it 12/10/24 I realized I ordered the wrong color. I tried emailing them to return it or exchange it. With it being close to the holidays I decided to order the correct color on 12/13/24 trusting they would contact me about the return. It has been almost two months with nothing but automated emails no one answering their phones. I have not even received an update on the second collar I ordered which their website States I will receive updates on orders. I finally tried messaging them on ******** and thought I was getting somewhere. I am no longer even receiving automated emails. At this point I would either like a refund on the first collar and a deliver on the second or a full refund for both. I do not know how to share my emails with you as evidence of me trying to reach out.

      I placed an order for a SSGLex Tactical Dog Harness, a SSGLex Long Tactical Dog Leash, and a Custom Name Patch with this business on 6/30/24. The total cost was $105.97. I never received my order as it was never processed and shipped. I have emailed the company asking about the status of my order numerous times. My emails always include the order number. I always receive a generic email response. Sometime around August, their website had stated that they were undergoing a transition in management and would resume filling orders once new management had taken over. I have attempted calling the number they list and its disconnected. The number and address listed on their website are for a gas station in ******, **.

      June of 2023 I ordered a dog lead and vest from them. I have contacted them several times and told they are behind on orders. I have text and asked for a refund at least 3times, just get an automated response and no one calls or offers any help. Just want my money back. Thanks

      I placed an order on April 27, 2024, and despite several follow *** and reassurances that the food would be shipped, it is November and I have yet to receive my items. My last followup was not responded to.

      I placed an order in August and still have not received my product. You cant reach them by phone, and they are no longer replying to my emails. The worst part is you can still get on the website and order from these people!

      Ordered a harness on May 8, 2024. Received it. It did not fit. Contacted via email on May 16th. They said they would request a return label from the team on May 20th. On June 7th I asked for an update. On June 10th I received a response from ***** stating We are currently handling numerous cancellation and return requests on a daily basis, and we are thoroughly reviewing each case.Due to the warehouse fire, we require some time to recover and resume normal operations.We will notify you once your return has been approved.We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.??Best,***** I then waited. I sent a few more emails. Heard back on July 16th I heard from ***** again:Hi ***,I have followed up once more with the team regarding this matter. We will notify you once your return has been approved.We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.Please let me know if you have any questions.??Best regards,***** I have tried to reach out a couple of times since then, and have not gotten any response. I just want my $68.99 back at this point.

      I placed an order for a dog harness on 1/25/24 for $41.98. They did not send out immediately, which I thought was strange but let it slide. I reached out a month later and told there was a warehouse fire. Please be patient and give us a little time, they said. I said fine. I waited another 2 months, same response. In SEPTEMBER I decided Id waited long enough and demanded a refund. Then they ceased communication with me after months of contact. This business is a scam.
