      I ordered a vest for my dog from this business on June 18th 2024. The shipping information upon checkout said it would get there in 5-7 business days. After 2 full weeks, I reached out to see where my order was. They did not respond. After a month, I emailed again asking for a refund. They responded and said they were working on it. Eventually they said they would ship in early August. It is now a day before September, and they are still ignoring me. I feel that they just stole my money and are running.

      On 05/19/2024, I ordered a **************** totaling ******. After weeks of the order status not changing, I emailed them & was told there was a warehouse fire so there are delays. I decided to be patient. But literally every single time Id email, **** would reply saying rest assured, itll be the end of this month or early thag month & of course it never came. The MOMENT I asked to cancel *************** they ghosted me. They refuse to reply, refuse to send my order, & refuse to refund me. Disgusting business practice. Must be a money laundering front.

      I purchased these items on July 12 2024, and still havent received the order as of September 20 2024. I asked to have the order cancelled and be given a refund on August 29 2024 and was told twice that I am waiting for a cancellation to be approved. As you can tell from the email exchanges there has never been an exact ship date in sight- it keeps getting pushed back with no excuse as to why other than their company is having issues. I did nothing wrong and tried to be patient but this is unacceptable. I want a prompt cancellation and refund.

      On 6/21/24 I placed an order with the company. The order stated the item would arrive in 3-7 business days. On 7/4/24 I reached out to them as my order had not shipped yet and I was told they were having issues and were working hard to solve the issue. On 7/30/24 I reached out again asking for an update as the item still had not shipped. I was told I would have it early August. 8/29/24 still had not shipped I reached out again for an update. I recived no reply. 9/3/24 I reached out again. On 9/10/24 I was told they would try to have the order for September. I followed up asking how much progress they had made on orders in the last few months. I asked if they were still recovering or if they were actually shipping out orders. I was ignored. 9/14/24 I reached out again and recived no reply. 9/17/24 I reached out again and asked for a refund due to the delay and lack of response. 9/18/24 I reached out again stating I wanted confirmation tbey had recuced my request. On 9/19/24 I reached out that i would be contacting the BBB if i recived no reply. I have seen on their website reviews that they are ignoring dozens if not hundreds of people and orders have been delayed upward of four months for some. No official update is given on their website. They are still accepting orders and still advertising their products regularly.

      I placed an order with this company on 8/25/24. The money has been taken out of my account. I have not received any shipping information. No response to emails or phone calls. Ive found a multitude of similar complaints of people paying and never receiving their purchase.

      July 6th, a harness for my dog! , I have not received it! I have reached out to them many times , and they just tell me it should be coming? I have asked for a refund, said I have to talk to the team members and now have heard nothing!

      May 6th ordered 3 items and never received. Emailed multiple times and was told I would get the items soon. Never arrived. Requested refund and was again told multiple times that I would get a refund, then they stopped responding.

      7/9/2024 I placed an order with this company, they kept saying they were going to ship the dog harness and leash but still haven't, I contacted them via email at least 7 times, finally August 22 I requested to cancel my order and get a refund, they keep telling me that they are trying to get approval for cancellation. The last email I sent way Sept 5th, demanding my refund and they haven't responded since. Please help

      My wife and I ordered multiple items over three separate orders in the first week of August. My order (order *****) was for a dog harness with a printed service dog cape (cover for the harness). My wife ordered a collar which subsequently arrived just fine, and two leashes (order *****).My order (*****) arrived, but it was incorrect, the service dog cape was not shipped and I received a plain orange cape instead. The plain orange cape was an option on the website, but we opted for and paid extra for the printed service dog cape. My wife's order (*****) was confirmed, but we have not received any further communication or shipping confirmation (The quoted shipping time at purchase was 4 to 8 business days.I attempted to call the company via the provided customer service phone number, but option one simply asked me to email them, or use the chat option on the website. There is no chat option on the website, so I emailed them as requested (August 14th). I eventually received a reply after several attempts at contact, and was informed they were going to look into it. Since that time I have contacted them several more times, with no response. We still have not received the corrected item on order *****, and we have not received anything on order *****. We have paid in full for all items.

      We purchased 3 dog harnesses on 2/25/24, for $297.98 . We never received follow up information regarding our order or when we might expect shipment. We reached out to the company via email on 4/5 and 5/30 only to receive excuses for delay and that our order should be shipping soon. We have never received our order after 6 months. We did follow up via email on 6/24 asking for a refund and the company never replied, nor did we receive a refund.
