      On 1/28/2024 I ordered two SFC ***** Collars (item ****-KC-B) from Goat Trail Tactical (GTT), order number *****. This purchase cost me $79.90, which I confirmed was charged to my credit card on 1/28/24. On 2/1/2024 a package was delivered to my address, inside the package was only one collar; however the packing slip stated two. On 2/1/24 & on 2/5/24 I emailed ******************************** stating I only received one collar and asked that I be contacted to resolve this issue. I have also called GTT on 2/5/24 & 2/8/24, and I was referred to the help email and chat service on the website. When I called GTT on 2/8/24, I selected option 3 to purchase over the phone and my call was immediately terminated. When using the chat service, an automatic reply was given stating that it takes a couple hours for someone to respond. I am requesting that GTT finish the job by sending me the second collar I paid for.

      I ordered a collar and various accessories from this business on 12/31, order number *****. It said it was shipped on 1/3, but the carrier has not updated to show that they received a package. I reached out to the business on 1/10 to ask where my package was, and received a reply on 1/13 stating that they would reach out to the warehouse and get back to me. I again emailed them on 1/18 to get an update since I had not heard from them, and I have not received a response. It seems like my package is lost and they do not want to tell me that. I would like a refund since it appears I am not going to receive my order.

      Transaction Date: 9/25/2023 Amount Paid: $45.98 Ordered a tactical dog collar (order # ****)I never received the product, business in non responsive and giving runaround they are experiencing delays. I'm not even certain as to whether they are a real company. I've requested a refund and they are non responsive. Due to the delay I can't even dispute the transaction with my bank. The business has not attempted to fix problem.Please see order #, haven't gotten a tracking #.

      Paid for a dog harness and never receieved product ... After multiple emails back and forth this company will not send my product that was paid in full for. They also have no working phone service , promised many times to send item with zero follow through of contact.

      Order was placed on November 15th 2023 (Order# *****) in the amount of $78.99 USD for dog harness. Upon multiple emails and correspondences which were responded to by the business ensuring delivery, the order was never satisfied.

      November 16th 2023 I placed an order for a dog harness, leash, collar and 2 hi-vis patches for $130.01. November 17th my card was charged. November 22nd I emailed inquiring about an estimated shipping date as I still had not received one. Their website shows out of stock items and add to cart items, I only purchased add to cart items leading me to believe everything was in stock. I received an email response November 22 stating that they would be receiving a shipment in on the 24th of November and my products would ship the following week or I could request a refund. No shipment info provided I re-emailed on the same chain December 8th requesting a full refund. Still have no received a reply, December 13th I emailed yet again demanding a refund or I would report them for deceptive business practices if not fully refunded by end of day. I don't have any products, shipping information or refund. I would like my refund in full, the same week I made the purchase NUMEROUS other complaints/reviews were left on their site and others for these very same business practices. Had those been there when I check the reviews the first time, I would not be contacting you now. I can provide any and all documentation that is required to help this case proceed further. I just want a refund.

      Before purchasing, I read reviews for the company and their products; good and bad. I was pleased with the reviews on social media, ******* and their website. I ordered a large tactical harness around the beginning of October 2023, with the advertised shipping arrival between 3-5 business days. After 2 weeks, I emailed the company about not receiving the product as of that day and I was told that shipping was backed up due to them being a small business. I was assured that the item would ship between **** business days and promised a tracking number when the item was shipped. After 14 days, I emailed the company to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I promptly received an email stating that I would receive a full refund and the order would be cancelled. The following day I received an email stating that the item was shipped and that I would receive the tracking number the next day. I replied and told them I no longer wanted the item and that I would ship the product back as soon as it arrived but reminded the company that I expected a refund upon them receiving the product back. I never received the product nor have I received a refund for cancellation.

      Goat Trail Tactical has previously stated that they would honor my request for an order cancellation and refund in November 2023. I have disputed the charges with my bank but have yet to receive a full refund from Goat Trail Tactical.

      Order number ****, ordered 6/26/22. Amount paid $171.96. Company was suppose to provide ssglx dog harness which they claim on their website to be escape proof. Also 2 Velcro name patches. The harnesses are terrible quality- the plastic buckles are weak and loosen on their own making this harness not escape proof at all. My dog escaped right away due to the flimsy plastic buckles that loosen on their own. Very unsafe! The metal buckles are hard to operate after first use as any trapped fur or dirt make them impossible to buckle. Names came off Velcro patches first use, which the company admitted was a known issue when I complained, yet continue to sell them. My biggest issue is the company will not accept used returns- if the harness has dog hair on it that goes against their return policy. If they were truly escape proof as claimed then I wouldnt need to return, but how are we suppose to know they are not truly escape proof (as claimed) without having our dog wear it to find out the hard way? My harnesses were used and I did not send out right in the 30 day window so they will not refund my money. I think it is insane that they can claim the harnesses as escape proof and then not stand behind returns when we try them out and they are not as claimed. Every review on their website is glowing so I am assuming they delete all the negative ones. I just want my full money back and the claim that they are escape proof removed so more people dont put their pets at risk. They did refund my money for the patches ($34) but are for some reason refusing the refund on the harnesses ($137.98)because of being used and over 30 days? Unsure why they will accept one return and not the other, overall confusing. I just want the claim removed so other pets are protected and I think I deserve my full refund regardless of their policy because the product is false advertised.
