      On march 30th ordered a leash and a harness from goat trail tactical haven't received anything from the they took my money and have heard or seen of anything from them they don't allow your to talk to customer service or anyone at all for that matter

      Order placed on website for a dog harness and dog collar on March 17th totaling ******. Order was supposed to be received within 7 business days. On April 1 we emailed the company and they responded just 1 minute later stating they had a warehouse fire. Company has no ****** profile and their customer reviews are not able to be added.

      On 11/23/23 I placed an order for a dog backpack on the companies website . I paid $63.20 with my bank debit card. The order number is: *****. I have contacted them several times asking for my merchandise or a refund. The company keeps sending me emails with excuses why the product hasnt shipped. To date the company hasnt refunded my money or shipped the product.

      On 10/29/23 I ordered a vest for my service dog. Order # *****.On 12/7/23 I emailed to ask what was going on and demanded a refund (which was given) when they claimed that orders were on backorder even though the website showed them in stock. On 12/24/23 They sent me an email offering me 10% off an order.On 1/2/24 I replied asking if the item I wanted was actually in stock. 1/2/24 they asked what my order # was and I said I didn't order yet, I was waiting for a response about it being in stock.1/2/24 They responded to order and send me my new order # and they'd ship it right out.1/3/24 They did in fact ship it out. Weird considering my other order had been sitting for months.Giving them the benefit of the doubt, when I lost my service animal's vest (losing it is not their fault)...3/27/24 I ordered another vest and paid for expedited (2-4 day) shipping 4/6/24 (10 days later!) I emailed asking what was going on.4/6/24 Received automatic reply from "Neck" saying they had a devastating fire at "one of their warehouses" and a lot of words clearly designed to get sympathy/get the customer to believe their claim. They claim to be "working around the clock" and "prioritizing getting back to you as quickly as possible" and other nonsense.There is NO NOTICE ON THE WEBSITE about a fire or orders being delayed.Items are still clearly listed as IN STOCK even though they supposedly had a warehouse fire and clearly can't ship anything out.If I didn't eventually receive items from them before (after MONTHS of waiting and emailing back and forth), I'd say this company is 100% scam.Now I'm saying it's 95% scam. They are deleting comments from customers on their social media posts and clearly giving everyone the same story but they can't have a major crisis every time someone orders something.At best, this a one-person show that is failing. At worst, it's a scam. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

      Ordered a large amount of products weeks ago and it has not been shipped. All I see is complaints online, I am unable to get a hold of the company by email or phone. Both send automated messages. Tried for a refund, no answer. I prefer to receive the product and have it shipped but if all else fails, please refund me.       I purchased this item on January 12th of 2024. I was not informed of any possible delays in shipment or any other issues. On January 21st, I sent an email to the company asking about my order since i had not received any updates and was informed on the 22nd that due to some issues my order was delayed and should arrive in the middle of that week. I waited 4 more days (Jan 26th) and still had not heard anything so I replied and asked them to cancel my order. They did not cancel my order or respond to my emails. I again emailed them on February 11th indicating I wanted a refund on my order and they again ignored me. Today I received the incorrect item (February 15th) far past the date I was provided from this seller and once more sent them an email indicating that I want my refund and to return this item since they clearly cannot do their job I have no interest in their product.

      I placed an order for a dog harness on feb 25,2024 the took my money, the order has not been fulfilled at all yet, Ive emailed several time and Ive called 3 times and left messages on theyre answering machine with no return phone calls, at this point I just want a refund for the money the took so I can find a company that will send me the product I pay for

      Jan 17 & Jan 18, 2024, I placed two separate orders (***** = $83.98 and ***** + $57.95) from Goat Trail Tactical. I immediately received order confirmations for both orders and those emails stated that shipping would take 5-9 business days to ship and that I would receive another email once the orders shipped. I have never received an email for either order showing that the orders were shipped. I have called the company numerous times and I am always referred to their website and to use their chat function in the lower right corner of their site. I have sent a chat on Friday, Mar 1 and not received any response. I have also emailed the company to which I have not received any response. I have filed a complaint with the ******** ************************* as well on 3/5/24.

      I paid for a harness and patch and its been almost 2 months with no contact no email about product being shipped, Ive tried calling, emailing, no response, this company shouldnt be able to operate

      Hello On December 22 we placed an order ( #*****) with Goat Trail Tactical. We first saw their advertisement on a social media platform, INSTAGRAM. The order was for several items totaling $167. 92 . As of this point we have not received our order. Tracking # ********************** says it's still in ********. We have made all attempts via, phone, chat and email numerous times and have gotten NO RESPONSE.

We recently found out that some unshipped orders and shipping labels were damaged during the chaos so please excuse our unsatisfactory performance, we truly appreciate your understanding. We are in much better shape now but we need some time to get back on track. 

      We have located your order and we will fulfill it immediately, we are also going to issue you 15% refund for the wait.
