      I wish that I could include a screenshot- while I am typing this, I have been on hold for 54 minutes and counting. And thats just the 877- customer service number. I have also tried an 888, 516, and three 413 area codes. All connect to the same voicemail/on hold music. I got the confirmation email that my car was out for delivery this morning. After 6 hours of no estimated time, I was informed by the driver that he was still 2 days out. That was from the driver. Not Roadrunner. Still waiting for someone from Roadrunner to pick up the call

      Worst auto shipping company on the planet. I requested an estimate and was told $813 and it was verified 2 weeks before pickup. I called the week of the estimated pickup date and was given a new price of $1519!!!! Phone access was 40 minutes on hold. Stay away from this company they are crooks

      Shipped 1 pallet with RRTS and they delivered someone else's shipment to the consignee along with the correct shipment. They billed us for both shipments and accounting has not resolved the issue. It has been over a month since we brought this to their attention.

      Recevied a couple of calls from this company about a car, a ***** that I have never owned, in reference to transporting said car from one state to another. Neither of which I have ever lived in. When I returned the call to get more information and how they got my name and number I was hung up on by two different people on two different phone lines. A professional comany would be just as concern as me to clear up any mistakes, so I have to assume fraud. WTF BEWARE.

      I am in agreement with the reviews here. We made two shipments and insured them with this company, and both of them had product stolen before they reached their destination. We notified our sales representative immediately. Even though we submitted pictures the same day, they refused the claim. Our rep admitted there was video evidence in one of their distribution centers of tampering. One of the shipments was also incorrectly sent to multiple locations causing a two week delay. The product stolen totals 4x the amount they charged us for for freight. They even presented an altered receipt to us for one of the shipments. They now want to *** us for not paying the invoices, even though their representative stated they would take care of it. Avoid this company at all costs!

      I would STRONGLY caution anyone from doing business with this company and working for them!!! I know that an employee who worked there was harassed, race discriminated and wrongfully terminated and accused of theft when they DID NOT HAVE ANY PROOF!!! When this employee asked for a copy of their personnel file - the HR department sent them the wrong file!!! Because their can never be two employees with the same name. They are very unprofessional and racist. Save yourself a headache and stay away!!! They have a very flawed and outdate system.

      I would caution anyone considering using Roadrunner as their freight company. My interactions with them have been highly disappointing. I've encountered repeated issues with lost inventory in two out of six shipments, which is unacceptable.One particular incident involved a delivery left unattended at my docks, and upon review of the Bill of Lading (BOL), I found a signature that did not match mine. Consequently, a portion of the inventory was missing. Despite presenting this discrepancy to the shipping company and showing them documented proof that i arrived at our warehouse after the stated BOL signature time, they absolved themselves of responsibility, citing delivery confirmation as the endpoint of their liability.Based on my experiences, I strongly advise seeking alternatives to Roadrunner. Their track record of cutting corners and providing subpar customer service has caused significant inconvenience and loss. Choosing a different freight company could potentially save both money and time in the long run.

      They told me my vehicle would be here on the 7th, it is now the 8th and no car. They have not contact me in anyway. I have been at a lost. Sit home all day and not hear nothing. Don't have no idea where my vehicle is or when I will receive it.

      Roadrunner failed to pick up on Monday. I called at 1:30PM on Tuesday and the driver had two stops to make and would be here by 4:30 that day. They did not show so failed to pick up the second day. We called on Wednesday and were told that the driver had attempted to pick up at 12:50 on Tuesday while we were at lunch and that they would pick up before 4PM on Wednesday. I called at 4PM on Wednesday, as obviously for a third day they had not collected. I was told that because the merchandise was breakable they were canceling the collection. If they were not going to collect the shipment because of the product, which they have delivered the same product to the same customer before, do you think they would have known that before providing the **** Would they have then said repeatedly they were going to collect the shipment? The reality is that they probably did not have a driver to collect the third day and did not have the testicular fortitude to be honest and made up some BS.

      I scheduled for a truck to get picked up Sunday or Monday and now its Wednesday and its not picked up yet Ive been on hold for over a hour 5 times to reach out to someone to get a update and this lst time I called I asked to talk to supervisor and she told me it would be 24 hours for a call back I asked her for a neither number to call and talk with someone and she gave me the ************ which is motorcycle hotline for shipping yall need a better system in place I will never use them again or will I ever tell someone to us them they have lost my business for sure!!!!!
