Ameripro team performed a roof replacement in July of 2022. The crew performed the work in a timely fashion. However, the crew was informed that I would remove the satellite dish. They removed it but cutting the wires and demolishing the dish rendering it unusable. Fortunately the satellite dish company replaced for free. After the job was completed we were supposed to receive an inspection from Ameripro. This did not happen. No one showed. Lastly, I inspected the work performed and found that the roofing crew had damaged our 11' x 32' awning. It appears a crew member stepped out onto the aluminum awning causing it to collapse. Ameripro representative stated to get a quote and Ameripro would pay for repair. No worries right? Wrong. The awning panels are no longer made and the only fix is to replace the entire top of the awning at a cost of slightly under 10K. Ameripro stated they would make a warranty claim against their sub-contractor. Four months later, the sub-contractors insurance company drops the claim stating the insured did not provide the required documentation and thus the insurance company was done. The insurance company for the vendor said it was not a matter of liability but a matter of coverage. Yes, that right. Their sub-contractor was not insured and damaged my property. I signed a contract with Ameripro and Ameripro has not filed a claim onto their insurance company for the repair. Three months later, Ameripro no longer returns my calls or e-mails. Stay away from this company! The people doing the work are NOT employees of the company. They use subcontractors and are not vetted properly to ensure they are properly insured or for that matter licensed. It has been 9 months since the first damage claim and Ameripro has done nothing to resolve the issue. If you see them in your neighborhood don't give them the time of day.

We havent lived in our home too long and had various other companies try to get ** new siding. AmeriPro was able to come in and get ** approved. Once they were able to come out, they got all done in one day besides clean up and came promptly the next morning to finish. Would recommend!AmeriPro Roofing

************** from ******* worked hard for 2 years trying to get me this roof with my insurance company who kept continually fighting me. ***** contacted me and said that ********** told me to try again and gave me the words to use to talk to my insurance company. I finally was able to get through and received my new roof. I so appreciated ameripro fighting for me. I I'm a single woman of 63 years old with a very small income and I so appreciate having a new roof. Thank you so much for your hard work.AmeriPro Roofing

I believe ***** Pro did a great job on my roof (granted, I haven't had a bad storm roll through yet).Their crew did a good job protecting our landacape as well and did a good job cleaning up after they were done. I have a beautiful roof and all is good.Also got new gutters. I wanted to mention my Ameri Pro representative, ***************************. ***** did a great job of answering my questions and making sure everthing went well. We have nothing but good things to say about Ameripro! They replaced our roof and did everything from start to finish. They made all of the contacts for ** from insurance to inspectors. What started as a good experience with a nice salesman ended up with him being laid off and let go, the Manager we were dealing with quitting and then never getting things done in a timely manner. It took 10 months to get my siding done and after numerous follow up calls and missed deadlines of supplies arriving, crews not showing up and things still not completed that were supposed to and they are telling me they aren't going to do anything about it. Their follow up, follow through and keeping things on schedule stinks. They were supposed to reattach my gutters after dong the siding after storm and hail damage after they first promised new gutters and then said insurance wouldn't cover them. Never did and then a winter storm pulled a section right off my house and they said they aren't doing a thing about it. Had to edit down my complaint to fit the under **** character limit but my ****** review details the hole mess of an ordeal and how bad an experience this was. Not how a business should be run.AmeriPro Roofing

We have a new roof, gutters and downspouts, and new siding on our house. Thanks to ************** We were able to accomplish this. She walked us through everything. She dealt with our insurance.
