1 starWe had a terrible experience with AmeriPro. First homeowners and we were taken advantage of to get our roof done. They completely quoted us incorrectly stating $15000 for our roof and garage roof saying insurance would cover and when they only covered the house, thats all we proceeded with. The day-of experience was horrible. Workers showed up over two hours late starting, and halfway through forced my hand to replace decking assuring us that insurance would cover; also wouldnt proceed unless we did it. Then used a generator instead of asking for electricity, long story short causing carbon monoxide to leak into our basement. Firefighters called, my cat was down there inhaling it for two hours. They couldnt finish so had to return the next day. When it came to billing they overcharged AND charged for services never rendered, of which conveniently not covered under insurance. We had two sales account managers, first one quit and second one knew nothing about the previous situation. We were handed over to numerous accounts receivable people to where we couldnt fight our case. Each one equally as rude and not empathetic. We were told wed pay $1000 for our deductible which is the only reason we had moved forward, and when all was said and done they took $750 off for us and we still had to pay $5000. I will never recommend this company, if I could give them a zero I would. I work in customer service and have never been more insulted as to how they handled this. They cornered us into paying otherwise we would get our credit score ruined if it went to collections. This was not resolved and this business should be shut down for their dishonest business model. 5 stars***** was our sales rep and he was fantastic! He stopped by and let me know about the services they provide and offered a risk free evaluation with our insurance company to see if the job would be covered. We knew it needed to get done, but had no idea where to start, it feels overwhelming, and ***** was a godsend. He handled all the go between paperwork and everything! He made it such an easy process. I would absolutely recommend this company and ***** to anyone. Our roof and gutters look fantastic!Review fromLisa B

I had a fantastic experience with Ameripro. They worked diligently and fought on my behalf to get my roof paid for by insurance. They truly know what they are doing and kept me in the loop during the whole process. The workers did an amazing job on the roof and it looks great. I would highly recommend.AmeriPro Roofing

We had a great experience working with *** to replace our siding. He was very knowledgeable about all of the processes and clearly and carefully walked us through everything with insurance and contractors. He was persistent and helped us work through a couple of roadblocks along the way, and he ensured that we were happy with the finished product. The only negative was a lack of advance warning (which to be fair is hard to do) about which day that contractors would show up to do work, so we were unprepared in a couple of cases when the workers came to get started.AmeriPro Roofing

2 starsMy initial contact with ameripro roofing started out good . They were recommended by my neighbor her roof looked good the house across the street looked good so I called ***** came out as promised I had some initial concerns we talked over and he took care of them. After that things went down hill. Started with the ******* coming out the first time to find roofing materials had not been delivered. Thought that was very unprofessional My first concern is that I didn't want them doing my roof with rain in the forecast and the day they came it was going to rain that night. I have a small house so I thought they would have my roof finished the same day. When I came home that night my roof was tarped off there was a light rain in the air and they had left there tools laying out in the driveway getting rained on so my wife and I picked up the tools and put them in the garage. They came out and finished the next day saw them cleaning up going around the house picking and cleaning things up. My other problem was i was told at least one person from the roofing crew would speak english . That was not the case as I went out to speak to them about a concern i was having with repairs being made to my roof he had to call in to the office so I could speak with an English speaking person.After they had gone i went out looked around the driveway looking for any missed nails thinking I might find a couple which I expected. I found over 3 dozen nails alone in my driveway. I went and borrowed a magnetic roller from a neighbor and more than an hour later found over 19 dozen nails in the yard my driveway and gutters. Not acceptable i have 2 dogs that could have stepped on a nail. we would most certainly have had flat tires either on one of our cars or my mower. I will not be recommending ameripro roofing to anyone. ********Review fromNicole D

***** from AmeriPro was amazing! She helped ** get a new roof and all new siding. She was very knowledgable about the process and answered all of our questions and gave wonderful advice! She made the process easy and stress free. She was always in communication with us and whenever there was an issue, sje immediately would take care of it for us! The siding looks great and just amazed how fast the siding and gutters went up. *** was the best at keeping us informed and responded quickly. *** took care of everything and made this an experience we will not forget. ******* in general has been so polite and professional every time we had to communicate.
