**** was amazing to work with. The color I wanted for my roof wasn't available but he we above and beyond to make it available for me. He makes sure everything id right every step of the way. The crew came and got the job done in a day and a half. Now I have great looking new roof on my house and garage. I will recommend **** to everybody.

The quality of the roof seems to be standard and for that I will give them one star. We had a misunderstanding on what our out-of-pocket cost would be. We tried to resolve this with someone in the company who just didn't listen to us. We are having to come up with an extra $950.00 after they were paid by our insurance company. The original salesperson we worked with left the company shortly after our work was done so our argument fell on deaf ears. I would not recommend this company based on our cost experience. There are many roofing companies out there. Choose one that will listen to you.AmeriPro Roofing

***************************** is excellent and professional representative. He came to our property, told us what he'd be looking for, how long it would take and after his inspection of the property go over his findings thoroughly and what we should expect to happen after all was turned in. He went over the products with us , told us about the code today that affected the work would be followed and the best part he and the AmeriPro team would work with AMFAm and we wouldn't have to lift a finger to doing anything else. All got approved quickly, the product was delivered, the team came out installed and left every in nice order when they left.**** checked in with us through process and stopped in after all was done to answer any questions. Long story short were happy with all aspects of the process and **** and ******** made it happen with fuss. No w we are enjoying our new roof and the new gutters are being installed by AmeriPro in a few week. Bottom line excellent professional people with great quality ******* and products. I would highly recommend them.AmeriPro Roofing

I had Ameripro roofing give me an estimate after the tornado come through our town. ******* was my first contact and he was very professional and come to my house within a few days to discuss my roofing concerns. He and **** worked with our insurance adjuster extremely well and helped in getting all the information to them. I am completely satisfied with the roofing job. ******* communicated with me very well with letting me know when crew coming etc. and what to expect. I called Ameripro to repair/replace a fascia board on my house. The salesperson came out, gave me very hard sell on the fact that we had hail recently and perhaps insurance company would cover the roof and other damage. He never looked at the roof. I felt bullied but saw BBB A+ rating so said ok. ***************** did agree to replace the roof and some gutters, screens, wrap around the trim. Then salesperson said they would only do the roof. They think I should be happy, even grateful, bec I only need to pay my deductible (****). Only then did I see the complaints and lawsuits on the web. They subcontracted the job to someone else, they came on a saturday and took the roof completely off before the shingles came -- and while I had been assured they would be the same color as my garage they were not. No one on the crew spoke English, but I think they did an ok job with the roof. Never did fix the fascia board. Then someone else from Ameripro contacted me to ask about doing the rest of the work, because "we" have $ left from the insurance company. I did contact **************** and they asked me to make a list of problems and they would try to address them, but I am not willing to let Ameripro touch my house again. I got a new roof, but it was not worth the stress of dealing with people I didn't trust and the feeling that I have been scammed.AmeriPro Roofing

Buyer beware. This company punctured the gas line during installation of a new roof and they do not feel they should be held liable. The project manager was onsite when the punctured line was discovered by the utility company. Photo was provided to the company alongwith receipts of the out of pocket expenses my family incurred. All we are asking is that they reimburse us for the out of pocket expenses incurred. Needless to say, they have since fired the project manager on our job and have yet to have a final walk through inspection of their work, but expect compensation of their work. This will be an ongoing issue, until we speak with someone with authority at the company.AmeriPro Roofing

AmeriPro and their team did a great job on our roof. We had a minor glitch near the beginning of the process, but a phone call cleared it up nicely. We have been through two rains since the roof was complete, and so far it is holding up well and looks good. I recommend AmeriPro heartily.AmeriPro Roofing
