Worst roofing company from top to down, absolute awful ************** ******* after *******.******* leaked within a year and they had 3 different crews come out to fix it. STAY AWAY, so many better companies and ********** these guys are out of **, keep our business in **

AmeriPro Roofing will not deliver on there promises. Your representative will not answer the phone or return your calls to discuss any issues. They record your phone number for account info and I had to go as far as to borrow a Co workers phone to get someone to answer. They did an insurance roofing job for me. I signed a change order for new gutters instead of remove and reset. Took forever and than they send me a final bill $800.00 more than the change order! Now there demanding payment and haven't even sent proper documentation to my home owners...Use reputable contractors. My roofing contractor from ameripro showed up with an entirely different name and number on the side of his truck.AmeriPro Roofing

5 stars***************** was our sale representative. He was very informative and helped our family every step of the way as we got our roof replaced. We had our roof replaced in 2014 after hail storm came through. The company was under a different name then American Dream. Recently we have had water leaking into my daughters room, a rep came out and said they had to check on the warranty. We called over a month ago and have been waiting for a response. Every time I call I am told they are checking with **************** and their warranty department. Now I am being told there is a 5 year workmanship warranty and a lifetime warranty on materials. But no one can tell me where the water is coming from and now we have a hole in the ceiling in my daughter's bedroom. As of today they are still looking into it a month later....AmeriPro Roofing
