I had to replace an octagonal window in my bathroom because the wood trim was rotting out. I was interested in replacing all my windows but couldn't do them all at once. The team who installed my windows (*****, ****, and *****) came out and did the first three a few weeks ago, and then the remaining seven windows this week. The windows all look so good and I appreciate their attention to the trim work, showing me how to use my windows, and answering all of my questions. I have been a long time customer of ********************************************, **********************, and ********************. They replaced my roof over a decade ago, they replaced all of my windows this spring, and soon they will replace my siding. I cannot imagine using any other company for home repairs because I know they are responsive, easy to work with, and local. Everyone I've spoken to from *********************** to **** Jacob, the window install crew, (and ****** and ****** and countless others) has been kind and helpful. 5 stars*** from Jacob Baths came on Monday to do a bathtub to shower replacement and vanity replacement for us. He finished a great job on Tuesday morning. The new vanity faucet developed a problem and ***** came on Wednesday and fixed it in an hour. Ive used them for 2 projects now, a deck in 2020 and most recently a bathroom remodel. Communication was great. Everything was clearly explained, cost, timeline, everything. No pressure or up-selling. My installer *** was wonderful. He handled a few ************** like a pro and I felt totally comfortable having him in my home. Replacing a tub with a walk in shower, new vanity, faucet and light fixture took less than 2 days. There was no mess left behind and my new shower is gorgeous!Jacob Sunroom, Exteriors & Baths

The Jacob team came to me to discuss the alternatives and prepare for the installation. This was great for me, since I do not get around that easily. They were kind, courteous and very helpful.The installation went very well. The installer did an excellent job installing my new walk-in shower. He offered suggestions on the placement of shelves and safety bars that proved to be spot on for me. He also did a good job installing a new bidet toilet that I had purchased separately. I have been very pleased with being able to safely take showers and use the built-in bench to do so comfortably.If I would nitpick about one thing, it would be that the installation started each day later than I anticipated, and they ended later in the evening than anticipated. But, everything did get installed in two short days.All in all, I am very happy with the product provided by Jacob, the installation, and the results. I was kept up to date all along the way from the cutting of materials to install dates and times. The ************************ was on time, drop clothes on the stairs and hallway. Everything cleaned up. Asked for input on shelf placement and instructed on how to keep the enclosure clean. Finished quicker than I expected. Perfect caulk lines! Looks wonderful and clean lines, more modern no leaks and nothing broken! ( I say that because weve had mishaps before from others doing plumbing and they tried to cover up or didnt tell us only to find it later! Would recommendJacob Sunroom, Exteriors & Baths
