      I do not recommend Precision Today. Why? The services we received for our air conditioner and water heater check (which included our sinks and toilets) were not good.Also, our fall furnace maintenance was postponed by Precision Today, and took over a month to reschedule with them. Finally, when I asked for a return phone call on three different messages, were never returned.

      Had annual furnace maintenance today with Mac and he was extremely thorough and walked me through every step of his inspection. Appreciated the sharing of his inspection process. He is very personable and courteous.

      My technician Colin K did a great job. He was on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and also called the manufacturer to explain the problem since my water heater was still under warranty.
