Technician was polite and I requested him to protect other locations in my home while working.One occurrence happened during the installation on a hot water tank installation. My kitchen wooden floor was scratched and wood trim on carpeting leading downstairs pulled up. Requiring repair.I called to report and was verbally promised $100 dollar credit and a free summer air conditioning tuneup.However, once my credit card bill arrived no credit applied and tuneup status unknown.Three additional calls made promising a response by ******* or a manager with no reply.So, in the meantime I did some research and realized how Precision Today took advantage of my emergency and definitely over charged. By at a factor of 2 times,Im still waiting for a response on credit and would likely to cancel the additional water tank insurance of $469.37. Since I cannot trust or desire to Precision Today in my home.Regards, ******

Their plumber purchased two lavatory faucets for me and charged a ridiculous amount. I checked the website where he purchased them and paid a sale price of less than $100.00. The company charged me $641.13 each, for a total of $1282.26. I have contacted them many times and was told someone would call me, only to be ignored. I would expect to pay a fair price but this senior will not be taken advantage of.Precision Today Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical, LLC

Customer was given multiple options with varying levels of services and costs. Customer had picked the option and we proceeded with the work. Customer did call requesting a phone call from the manager, The manager did call the customer back on 2/20/23. 5 starsCalled Precision Today due to a problem with toilets not flushing. They came out within an hour, spent a lot of time explaining what they were going to do to identify the issue prior to giving me an estimate of what the cost would be for the repair. They were very professional and courteous, did a fantastic job fixing the problem with my sewage pipes and cleaned up after themselves when done. Todays service technician was **** and his apprentice ******. They were exceptional! I would definitely use this company again if needed!Review fromScott W

On Saturday 2/11/23 I discovered that my laundry room sink wouldn't drain and I needed that corrected that day. Since it was Saturday I knew I would be paying more for the service. ******** who've helped me before couldn't help me. I selected Precision and I was told they could help me. I called them at 2pm and was told someone would be contacting me by 5pm. At 3:30 I was told that my technician will be there shortly and I could track my technicians location. I looked to see where my technician was and he was about 2 miles away. No one came. I checked the tracker again but I got a message saying that tracking this technician was no longer available. At 4pm I was called and was told that there was a "mishap" and my technician would be arriving later than expected. I waited and didn't hear anything. I kept checking the tracker but kept getting the same message. At 5:45pm I called Precision to find out what was going on and was told that he was still on the job site. At around 6pm I was called by the technician and was asked if we still needed service. I said yes. He told me that he was leaving Westchester and would be at my home soon. He arrived a short time later. I showed him my problem and he said he could fix it I was provided with an estimate of $572. I knew it would be expensive but not that expensive. I've had my pipes cleaned in the past for $175 to $225. I was prepared to pay $350-$400. Since it was 6:15 on a Saturday night I doubted that I could find anyone who could do it for less. I couldn't wait until Monday. My washing machine, kitchen sink and dishwasher all drained into the clogged pipe. I agreed to the price. About ************************************** he was done. Showed me the water was flowing freely. I paid him. $572 translates to $2,288/hour for a 15 minute job! I'm trying to see If Precision would come down a little on that price.
