1 starOne of the biggest mistakes i made was choosing them and believing the ** sales pitch given by their salesman. Much higher price for same or better quality of fence from others...They sold me on the 'custom cutting and building on-site'...fence will follow property line. On the day of installation, the fence pieces arrived all pre-cut and were put together like a jig saw puzzle. So...there are many dips in the fence line that I tried to avoid and the matching gates wouldn't open fully so they used a different style of fence for the 2 gate areas. It took 3 additional trips back to complete the caps on the fence as the crew was always short of caps on hand. After a month of dealing with multiple people who are going to 'make things right' (including one who quit her job in the meantime) it came down to my insisting that the owner come out to my property. I offered bottles of water to the owner, his project manager that he brought along, and the 2 working guys who were outside in the heat. The owner said not to give water to the outside guys until after they were finished! (But he sure drank his bottle). Turns out, this fairly young owner has owned multiple business in the past that he sold and moved on from, including car sales. He talked a mile a minute over me and never did concede that I didn't get what was sold and promised. Full disclosure: a previous quote was $3000 lower than Revamp. The owner finally agreed to accepting whatever i felt was an overpayment. I reluctantly accepted half the responsibility, and paid him $1500 below Revamp's quote. ****** learned.Review fromJulie M

Just hired TSR to do a garage project in July, I am super excited to finally have a finished garage complete! We have a new build, I am confident ****** will make sure all work is done correctly and pleasing to us as first time customers :) He was very informative, friendly and took his time answering all questions. Updated work and conclusion to follow, stayed tuned!

From the initial contact with the Sales Rep (who I still stay in touch with) to the installers and even the support team after the installation TSR did an awesome job. Friends, neighbors and relatives have all commented on how good it looks and there have even been a few referrals from the job. 1 starTERRIBLE quality - customer service AWFUL! In August of 2023, we hired TSR to apply a basement floor in our 1.5 year old home. The 1st time they came to our home to begin the project, we had 4 guys in our basement with hand held grinders removing the original concrete sealant on our basement floor. Well - 10+ hours and a thick layer of concrete dust covering our home later, our floor had hundreds of ***** marks from hand grinding. Supervisor (*****) came out - "Yes, this should never have been done with hand grinders, they should have used a large floor grinder. We can fix this".Attempt two, result - "we cannot remove all the marks in the floor caused by the hand grinders". TSR sent their repair crew (lead by ****) who told us that it would not be possible to remove/hide all the *****/grind marks.After 3 failed attempts to install/repair/reapply the basement floor, TSR refunded our deposit and offered to remove their product in December of 2023 because they were unable to fix their *****/grind marks on our basement floor. We reached out to several companies to assess the damage to our floors. Several companies would not guarantee their work due to the damage TSR caused, even after their product had been removed. We found two companies confident they could repair the damage.Not only did TSR cause damage to basement floor, they blew our *** and damaged our walls - leaving holes in the drywall. We hired an electrician to repair the *** and drywall/painters to repair the walls. ****, the manager, asked us to forward the bills and they would pay directly. After two weeks, vendors called to inform us they had not received payment. We paid the vendors ourselves.We had our attorney send a letter in an attempt to resolve this issue outside of court. TSR's response/CEO *************- TSR would reimburse us for the electrical and drywall damage only, no additional costs we incurred to repair the floor. i was disappointed to find out how much clean up there was it will take me a good couple of days to clean the dust. I knew there would be some but for the price i was hoping there equipment would have been more efficient in collecting the dust. I did the garage and they didnt even cover the service door so of course the house inside got it to. Not real happy, suggest you read complaints and ask about clean up before going with themTSR Concrete Coatings, LLC

1 starI had our garage floor and driveway completed by TSR representatives two years ago. It was a crew out of **** that did the work here in *******. Fast, efficient and cleaned up well after all the work was done. Both the driveway and garage were done in ***** beige. looked great for two years and then the driveway started to change to a lighter color. I spoke with a receptionist in late January of 24 and then March 24 at their office in *********** and was assured a manager would contact me to discuss solutions. I called back in early April and left a message on voice mail. Today 30 April I went on their website and saw the office is now closed. The sales people were great, the workers were great but whatever the reason for closing there should have been a plan in place to carry out their warranty for the product they sold. Our previous coating for the garage and driveway lasted 10 years, to expanding another region without a backup plan to handle customer complaints is irresponsible.
