5 starsThe sales representative named Dustin was punctual, polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and presented me with good information on the entire process. When Dustin finished explaining everything, I had a better understanding and more knowledge of exactly what was going to be done including time frames need for complete drying times. He helped me pick out the color I would like from many samples and pictured results of jobs completed. He was so patient with me in making my decision. He also blessed me with the best possible price to have done what I desired. I originally just wanted a quote on how much it would cost to have the garage done, but after conversing with Dustin, not just on the coating info, but he made our conversing personal, and we talked a little about other things too. He didn't pressure me into anything. Of course he wanted the sale but he also wanted me to be satified with my choices. Dustin made me feel like I could trust him and the company he worked for. So I gave him a check to start the process of having the job started. When he left I felt good about my decision and can't wait to see the completion of my garage...... Dustin is truly an asset to his company and more sale reps should be like him. ........Thanks Dustin, it was truly a pleasure to meet a young man with your stature of integrity, compassion, and patience.Review fromGary W

Glad we didnt read the reviews first! We contracted with TSR through their salesman, *******. Scheduled the installation for within two weeks. Had basement emptied and ready to go when they got here on time and ready to work. The crew boss (*****) and crew (***** and *******) were efficient, and knowledgeable. They explained every step of the process as they did our 45 year old basement. They were respectful of my wife and I. We couldnt be happier with the result. Highly recommend TSR Concrete Coatings to anyone!

I would give these guys NO STARS if that was an option - the same consideration that they gave me. These JOKERS would not even give me an estimate on my rental house because I would not be there for them to "close the hard-sell deal". There was no interaction with this person. They inquired for a price, so we offered a no obligation, free on site estimate and they declined. In order to give a price we MUST have a design consultant view the project and offer a price, which is valid for a year. For this person to call us jokers and high pressure scammers is ludicrous.Review fromA. P

4 starsAfter 5 visits to our house, the job was finally finished. The finished product looks great and the service we eventually received from Ozzy was amazing. He was informative, polite, friendly, and came out of his way to make sure the job was finished and finished right. I can't say that was the case for all those you came on different days. Overall, the product looks great. Their communication could be improved. I give Ozzy 5+++ for his customer service!Review fromRogene C

1 starGarage floor epoxy coating installed 4/29/22. Blistering, pock marks and large patch lifting began about 6 -8 month later. Was told a complete re-do of the floor was necessary and work scheduled for January 2023. I had to cancel due to illness and I have been trying since March, ************************************** and honor their lifetime warranty. 1 starWe had the representative come out to take a look at what we wanted completed and said the work will be no problem. Work completed unsatisfactorily for *******. Reached out to the company, provided photos of issues. An employee from services was sent out to argue each point although admittedly saying damage that was caused by his workers. Resolution not met and was not even attempted to be met. Requested to speak with management, employee said they would call. They were to contact but never did just like the **** card that was supposed to be awarded for using their business. 1 starVery disappointed with the quality of the work. Had work done in July of this year. The topcoat has dull spots all over and the surface is rough to the point it can cut your skin. had then come out to assess the floor and they put a second topcoat on it. They used barely enough material to cover, and it is still just as rough as it was to start. Tried to clean up a spill and it feels like Velcro. Now waiting to hear if they will fix it. 1 starOur over eager sales person pushed the "lifetime warranty" & said the warranty is transferable to a buyer if we sell the house. We had the garage floor done in 2021 for almost $2,500.00 for a small two car garage When we found a crack, we called & a somewhat snarky person said cracking isn't covered under the warranty because TSR has no control over settling. Our home was 44 years old when the floor was done & settling happened years ago. Cracking is the most likely thing to happen with floor work but they only cover discoloration from light, peeling & chipping & will charge $250.00 to repair a crack. So, if you find 4 more cracks during the course of say 24 months, they'll charge $250.00 for each time they fix one! When asked what would happen if I just leave it, I got an email saying that it would just get worse. My original review was 5 stars because they were there on time & the finished product looked great but my edit is now 1 star for customer service with bad attitude and poor product quality. Advise.... shop around, read the contract instead of believing the sales person & ask questions if you're not sure what something means.Review fromLawrence L

1 starVery undependable. Ordered flooring and paid deposit in June of ************************************************************************************************************************************************** Oct was told they I had to wait until they opened in spring as they were closing for winter and we would be first in the spring. In spring they forgot about us and finally scheduled us in July. On day they were to show up they called and said crew did not show but would have correct color to install two days later. 8:04 on day they were to show up again they called and said they did not have chip color . After waiting 14 months with paid deposit and taking several days of work off I told them to just send back deposit as I can not deal with such an irresponsible company. Would never recommend them to anyone!
