      ***** and ***** were professional and made sure everything was cleaned before they left. Grateful to be breathing clean air in my home!!

      They came in and did their job. Very polite and answered any questions we had. Removed alot of dust from our ducts and furnace. Inspected the dryer vent and was told it was good and didn't need cleaning.

      We think they did a great job very polite and curtoius. We look forward to using them again in 2 years. Our only complaint was they couldn't find out house and it took a month for them to come back after rescheduling that day.

      Divine did an outstanding job on the ducts in my home! They were professional and explained everything to me as they went along with their work. They fixed an area in my duct work that i didnt know was there. They showed me all the dust crud they removed from ducts, air cleaned my filter, and made sure everything was working before they left. They were efficient as the whole process took about 40 minutes. The best thing is my HVAC system is running better! I will definitely have them back!

      I am very disappointed in this company. I wanted my vents cleaned, and feel I was completely scammed. They were to video the service, and never did. They were in and out of my house within ************************************************************** they didn't take credit cards. They told me cash would be the best. I don't have $200 cash around. I ended up paying check. I have tried to call them since Monday, and now it's day 5-No Response! I would not recommend this company. I feel I was scammed $200. What a joke! I feel bad for others who will be getting ripped off. This company doesn't deserve a STAR!

      Poor quality dust cleaning. They never removed a register. Furnace now smells when on. Wanted cash.

      This is definitely not something we’d expect to hear from our customer. Can you please call our office so we can verify this?

      We use commercial grade equipment that meets or exceeds national standards. 2 step effective procedure is a push n pull method.
      1. Portable vacuum unit will be brought either inside your home or set outside a window near furnace
      2. 8 inch wide flex hose will be attached between the vacuum and an opening close to furnace.
      3. Vacuum unit gets turned on and it starts to remove contaminants from your HVAC system immediately
      In the second Step:

      All vents will be air washed using compressed air with a special tool.

      Supply duct and return duct will be cleaned using flex brushes to effectively remove any contaminants left in the main trunk lines.

      We will walk the floor to make sure all vents has been air washed. Pick up any dust/debris created during service.
      After completion, we will check furnace for proper operation.

      Payment is due upon completion
      We accept cash, check, credit card and zelle quickpay

      I agree with the other reviewer ************ believe I was reached out to by a subcontractor who advertised on ********* She was very pushy but I needed the work done. I wasn't even sure who was going to come and clean my vents. They didn't even really clean my vents out. They were in and out super quick. Didn't really talk to my husband or I. No cameras were used. No inspection prior to the air hose being used. Other vents weren't covered while doing the job. They didn't turn my furnace on after they finished to check it out. And once they left and my furnace did come on it blew dust and debris everywhere out of multiple vents. They didn't put in a new filter in my return air vent and they also put it on backwards. I was also told that they'd check my dryer vent which they didn't do, but with the service I got with the vents, I don't think I'd want them touching my dryer vent. I tried to reach out to the lady on FB that set me up with my appointment and she blocked me after I told her about my experience. I definitely will not recommend this company!!

      The men that came to clean the two furnaces ********** did a good job, BUT they said they didn't have a hose long enough to come in from the front or the back I thought they were going to go after more equipment or something but they came in from the back of the house and brought the large air compressor into the back hall. The problem is it has no gas cap and spilled gasoline all over the back hall it still stinks of gas and made my daughter very ill. I had to run a fan for two days to just reduce the smell. She took a video of the compressor spilling gas but when she talked to someone about it they just hung up and won't answer any calls. We are very upset about this they could have started a fire with that carelessness had an explosion or worse not to leave out the fumes from the compressor as it ran filling the hall. Very dangerous. We are considering reporting this matter to the BBB and Maybe a lawyer if they don't respond.

      While the technicians that came to my home were kind, I felt scammed. I spoke with someone over the Internet, claiming that they were a new business starting up in my hometown. Divine HVAC arrived at my door and said that they were subcontract it out by the person that I was speaking to over ******** when I attempted to contact the original person, I was speaking to, they stop speaking to me and removed their advertisement from ********. I have tried to call the Divine company several times and sent emails to ask questions. No one answers the phone and no one responds to my emails. I am not really sure who I allowed in my house, and while I saw videos of what was done to clean my furnace ducts, Im not sure if they really were who they said they were. In the end, it was very scary, and I am at fault for allowing someone different in my home. Then I thought would arrive the integrity of the company, if it at all exists as true, is poor.

      After we had problems with the service they reached back out and set things right. It really shows good integrity and loyalty to the customer. Not many businesses do this so I look forward to having them preform services in the future.
