      Another delivery compliant with this company. It seems this company is unreliable with shipping times and dont know why companies still use them. My package departed on the 18th with no update as of the 22nd. I have few packages from ******* that are slow because of OSM.

      Tracking number ********************** has not moved from *******, ** since 5/31. Current status is "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, **** Awaiting Item." Repeated attempt to contact OSM Worldwide by phone have resulted in a message saying that they are "currently closed," despite calling during business hours. We are now well past the advised delivery window. Please either tender package to **** for delivery or confirm loss/theft of package so that I can follow up with the merchant.

Once an item departs an OSM facility, the next step is for the scanning events to happen with the final mile courier, USPS.

      On May the 20th I was scrolling through my phone and found a offer for a $6 trial for Skinny Fit. I decided I could afford that and proceeded to buy it. After authorizing the $6.53 purchase, I was notified from my bank that another withdrawal in the amount of $49.95 was taken out. I found the company had emailed me a thank you so I immediately returned the email stating I did not authorize the $49,95 fee and I needed it returned to my account immediately. I did receive a email asking for my order number, email, and phone number which i sent to them as soon as I got the request. I have been waiting for a call, a email anything and have received nothing. I am on a very fixed income and that is a lot of money for me. I really need it back. The product was shipped, I will not open it but send it right back upon receiving my money back.

      I am filing a complaint against OSM Worldwide regarding an undelivered package that has been in their possession for 10 days. According to the tracking information, the status has been stuck on: Waiting to be dropped off to **** by shipping provider. This message has not changed for 10 days, and there is no indication that OSM Worldwide has attempted to hand the package over to *****I contacted the seller, who confirmed that OSM Worldwide is the shipping provider responsible for transferring the package to ****. However, there has been no movement, no communication, and no estimated delivery update from ************************* a logistics intermediary, OSM Worldwide is responsible for timely handoffs and accurate tracking. Their failure to complete this basic step in the delivery chain is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary delays and frustration.

      Same problem as everybody else. Lackluster speeds, minimal tracking. My item finally arrived in ********* after 4 days. Departed Vegas 3 days ago, not a singular update since. The 2-5 Business Day quote is a complete joke from OSM, based on everybody elses experiences and my own its more like 2-5 weeks. I could have drove to the originating city and back home faster with 4 days to spare. I cant wait to get the part I needed today in 3 weeks. I urge anybody to not use any business that contracts with ***.

      I ordered customized mugs on Etsy I am pregnant and am travelling early next week to meet my parents and break the news to them with these custom mugs. When I placed the order with **** on April 21st, the seller told me it was no problem to receive my package by my desired date and the seller even expedited processing time on her end to make sure my items were shipped promptly. Now, my package has been departed shipping partner facility in ****, ** for 3 days with no updates whatsoever. Today was the supposed to be the target day of delivery and I dont even know where my package is. This is very frustrating and unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cant just replace a custom product like this but it is essentially useless if I dont get it before my flight. I will be telling the **** merchant to never partner with ***.

      They have kept my package for 51 days and keep sending me the same copy and paste response when I email customer service. Their warehouse is only a few hours from my house I couldve walked there and back by now

      Its completely unreasonable that youre unable to assist me in any way. If you lost the package you should take responsibility for it. If I lose a package through **** they are very helpful and offer Missing Mail Search, but if you guys lose a package there is literally nothing you can do? Pathetic

      I ordered from LaBellePerfumes on Dec 28, everything went ok until my package arrived to the OSM WORLDWIDE facility in ****, **, since then its been stuck and it has not been handled to ***** I started to get worried, since it is Jan 8 and haven't had any updates from this carrier since Jan 6, so I started to make my research and reading reviews from other costumers who sadly had to use this shipping partner. I currently don't live in the **, so according to the shipping time I should have received my package this week at last instance, which hasn't occurred and I'm leaving the country in Jan 13. I must note that this package is currently 3 hours away from me, which should have less than a day to move to my ****. I really want to know what's gonna happen with my delivery, the amount payed its not minor, and I will leaving the country very soon, I don't want my order to suffer the same destiny as others, getting stuck 2 weeks in a location that is only 3 hours far from my house.

      We sincerely understand your frustration with the delay in receiving your package. Please know that *** is one of several third-party carriers involved in the shipping process, and as a result, we are unable to directly expedite the delivery.
      We see you shared your package id with us. We can confirm the data file was sent and uploaded to OSM to notify us of an incoming shipment on 1/3/25.  The verbiage listed states picked up, but OSM only had electronic data sent to us from the merchant you placed the order with. OSM physically received, and processed the item on 1/4/25, and left our GA facility that same day hours later. We then transferred the item to our location in **, since it was closest to the destination address on 1/5/25. IT departed our PA facility on 1/6/25, and was loaded onto a postal truck to be received and processed by the ****. We can view updated tracking events from the **** as of today 1/9/25 and they stated the **** has an expected delivery date of 1/10/25 to your door.

      Back in early October, I put in four separate orders with World of Books, an established **** seller with an actual business location. Unfortunately, they appear to utilize this notorious scam of a middleman shipping service rather than simply posting through *****I have had issues with OSM in the past, with items either vanishing into the aether or appearing over a month afterwards (generally after having reordered the items again elsewhere!)This time, they have held back or lost FOUR SEPARATE ORDERS, as far back as mid October. They all show as having at least arrived at ***'s *********************, where they fall into a black hole, never handed off to ***************** to World of Books only reveals that the items left their possession on or shortly after the order/payment date. But contacts to *** claim "they never received any of them" despite the tracking showing this to be an abject lie.These two just point fingers at each other, but not one has been given to **** for delivery, as of 5 weeks time since.There is no excuse for this business to continue to operate, particularly as no merchant reveals their utilization of OSM, it's something the bilked customer discovers only from the tracking numbers which inevitably stop dead at OSM's Secaucus warehouse.Please do what you can to shutter this business, I don't know if they are committing mail fraud and theft/resale of all items that come their way or just leave all packages piling up for months on end, possibly never to be delivered, but EITHER WAY, this cannot be permitted to continue.Again, this is not the first time I've had nondelivery or absurdly extended wait times relating to OSM Worldwide, and contacting the business does nothing, save subject the buyer to gaslighting and obfuscation.Please shut this business down ASAP.Tracking numbers on these four packages:420076019261290172373145810555 ****************************** ****************************** ******************************

      OSM Worldwide is claiming continuously that they are not in possession of my package, which they have had for two weeks. They are claiming this without doing any research at all. If they cannot find my package and/or have lost it, they should say so. This likely as simple as having someone go into the warehouse and find it. Instead, they point at the seller, who confirms they sent it and then at an anonymous third party who they claim picked it up for them and didn't deliver it to them. This all seems like complete malarkey to me. If you are going to blame someone, you should tell me who it is so that I can reach out and try to get the situation fixed.Their entire method for dealing with these issues is to say that it is someone else's issue, not theirs. Horrid ********** this point, I am surprised they are even still in business.
