      I ordered two items through Ice Nine Kills Merch on 1/9/22. It was marked as shipped on 2/4/22. I did not keep an eye on shipping because they have taken awhile to deliver in the past. When I went to check the tracking a few months later after not receiving the package it stated that it wasnt found. The tracking number is ******************************. Total of the order was $87.38.

Unfortunately *** is unable to help you any further as we were not involved in the order or fulfillment of the product. We recommend you reach out to the company you purchased the item from.

      On August 5th 2022 I ordered an item online, I got an email with a tracking number for ***** when I checked the link and history for my package, it shows that ism worldwide picked the package up on the 9th of August so they could deliver it to ***** But, almost a month later, it still shows they they haven't bothered delivering anything. My tracking number for **** is **********************. Could they at least be bothered to do their job and deliver my package to an actual mailing service?

      Thank you for giving us an opportunity to address your complaint. We researched your package history from the tracking number you provided. OSM has yet to receive your package from the retailer you purchased from. The tracking event you see online only represents the retailer is processing your order. We recommend you contact the retailer you purchased from to request a refund or inquire on when your package will be ready for shipping.

      I purchased an item online from TitanX. OSM took control of the item and delivery on July 19th. The item according to their own tracking has been at their ****, ** facility since July 20th. Today is July 26th and they still have not handed the package to the **** for continued delivery. When i emailed their customer service i got a generic email that stated "it left the facility its not our issue". It does NOT *********** days to go from their location in ****, ** to the post office in ****, **... this is gross incompetence and after reading everyone elses complaints i can almost guarantee my item was stolen. This is unacceptable either get my product to **** for delivery or you, not the seller, will be held responsible for my refund as the product was last in your possession. You are the only shipping and delivery company i have ever seen that doesnt ship the products you're paid and tasked to ship. Deliver my product to **** or give me the directions and be prepared to pay fuel costs and i will travel to **** to get it myself

      Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond to your complaint.  We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a package that you ordered.  Unfortunately, OSM is not able to process any refunds or returns on orders.  You would need to contact the business you ordered the product from to request a refund or return the order.  Thank you for contacting our customer service department.  We did receive your inquiry and we did provide you with our most current information.  Regarding your package, OSM received the package from the business you ordered the product from on July 19, 2022.  The package arrived and was scanned for tracking at our ****************, ** facility at 5:59PM on July 19, 2022.  The package was sent to our ****, ** facility and arrived at the facility on July 20, 2022 and was scanned for tracking at 1:14PM ET.  OSM shipped the package to our final delivery partner, **** on July 20, 2022 at 8:20PM.  Unfortunately there were delays that resulted in the package not being sorted and scanned by the **** until July 26, 2022.  Your package is scheduled to be delivered by end of day on Wednesday, July 27, 2022.  You can expect your package tomorrow. If you do not receive the package please feel free to reach out to our customer service department at *********************************************************
