      I think there service is horrible,the lady on the phone with *** was nice but her excuse was larger packages go first.what if you had life sustaining medicine in a small box.it is something out of ****************** with the warehouse scene at the end ??

      I'm convinced a bunch of Apes work at all the OSMworldwide companies. Actually apes would probably do a better job so I apologize. How has my package went to 3 different ****** in 5 days? It was in **, then GA, then **** **, then ********* ** (WHICH IS A CITY RIGHT NEXT TO ME!), then back to ********** **. Now it is just stuck in **** networking and I get a notification every 15 min saying it is departed. I mean honestly what is going on with this company? Why anybody would use them is beyond me. Also no help from anyone. No one wants to be responsible but do not advertise for people to pay for faster shipping if you're going to stand around watching paint dry with your finger up your .. nvm just crazy my small half pound package has seen more of ******* then I have.

      They are a scam. They are associated with traveltopp.com. Do not order anything through them. I have reported them to my credit card fraud department and to the authorities in ***************

      This shipping company *****. Only have shared distribution/logistics center in major cities. Unbelievable slow processing speed at facilities, taking forever to transit package to *****

      They **** at getting packages to the customer! I cant believe Im saying this, but Id much rather use DHL (who is slow, but not this slow). My package has been sitting for three days in ****************. Yet, says departed. Apparently OSM doesnt know that departed is supposed to mean, gone, left, not at our facility anymore. Dont **** it departed until it actual is. This is ridiculous!

      A prescription glasses company used OSM worldwide for my shipment. No tracking and more than 10 days no package. I will never buy anything from companies that use OSM.

      They were used two times during Xmas one from pro wrestling tees in ******* that time they lost my package tracking said it was on its was to **** talked to **** they said it never got dropped off contacted pro wrestling tees and they sent me a new item straight to **** and it arrived two days later. Second time my wife ordered an Xmas gift for me it has been sitting since dec 7 and I still never got the package we contacted the company we got the item from and they replaced it send **** and it showed up three days later OSM is terrible and should be shut down do not use this company ever they are morons

      excruciatingly slow and opaque with their tracking, businesses who use them to ship their products look very bad in my eyes

      I ordered two books from the same website at the same time. One was sent through OSM/USPS and the other was sent through ********* They both arrived on the same day and the tracking was kept updated on both of them. I hesitate to give 5 stars because this is the only time I've had anything shipped through OSM.
