      A company I ordered from uses this shipping partner, if I had known I would have found ANY alternative. Look them up and all you can find are hundreds of complaints, it certainly can't be coincidence! They coordinate "last-mile" deliveries with a certain nationwide govt shipping service, who gets a lot of flak, but they actually manage to deliver my stuff on time despite holiday season, long hours, and awful working conditions for their postal workers. Meanwhile with OSM, my package got across most of the country to my state in 3 days (actually props for this), and now its been sitting "departed" their facility for over a week. Their location in Y*rk is where packages go to die. My research would suggest that either it's lost at this point, or it's sitting on a truck that they won't move until it's completely full which can take up to a month. For a company whose website claims 98% delivery rate within 2-5 business days they must be using some REALLY crazy misleading metric to track that. If you call either company to ask for a tracking update or answers to why it's run this way, they'll refer you to the other company and basically tell you it's not their problem. And if your package actually is lost, "there's many vendors in the shipping process", so they won't take liability for their mistake and tell you to request a refund or replacement from the shipper. Nice, pass on the cost to real businesses. This company needs to go under, I don't know how they survived COVID when so many legitimately good ventures failed. By the way if you try to open a complaint here it's instantly marked as undeliverable because *** doesn't care.

      A BBB rating of A+? Seriously? Do they even read the complaints here? The Better Business Bureau needs to get their act together, and OSM Worldwide should commit corporate suicide. It's a shame that some companies still use this service in order to save a few pennies. I must be old, because I can remember a time when merchants cared about their customers receiving their orders in a reasonable amount of time. I swear they use homeless people with shopping carts to transport any packages that are in their possession. Although, in reality, this would probably get the job done quicker. Unfortunately, in our corporate controlled country, the little guy will always be the one bending over.

      Place an order with Cosy House and was provided a tracking number. I checked frequently and there is no information available from neither OSM Worldwide nor ***** which supposedly will be delivering the package to final destination. Not sure OSM is reliable but clearly the lack of information validates my concern.

      AVOID OSM WORLDWIDE! ! !My package left the distribution center 48 hours ago. I live UNDER AN HOUR from this location where on earth did they send my package? Also I apparently wont hear back from them until Monday because theyre closed on weekends? WHAT SHIPPING DISTRIBUTION COMPANY IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS?!?! This company seriously needs to be looked into theres numerous people with my same predicament, some have reportedly waited over a month.

      My package hasnt moved 4 days yet says it left facility in **. Thats only about 12 hours from me. Unfortunately I will not be buying products from any company that uses them. We were supposed to have our items already now. By the time I get it if I do it will be worthless.

      OSM Worldwide has held a package for more than 10 days without releasing it to the ***** It was due five days ago. They have no customer service phone number and do not respond to tracking inquiries via their website or email. This is not a legitimate business.

      This delivery service is the worst. Why does ******************* continue to use them. Time for a change. If a company cant do a job due to incompetence then a change needs to be made. Geez!

      I have had 2 orders now that seem to be stuck in **** **. I only live 2 hours away but both times there is no update for around a week and any time I ask for help all they say and or do is blame the *****

      Been waiting for my delivery for 7 days now while checking the OSM Worldwide Traking system each day. Each day the tracking indicates that it is still in the *** ********* warehouse awaiting delivery. I have called *** twice over the 5th and 6 day and the individual i spoke with said it was normaldid not have any concern about the delivery sitting in the warehouse. Why would any company use this company for a delivery partner. Do not use this companies service.

      Item shipped within the same state on 6/30 has not reached its destination in six days! Even worse, it left the state and has been stuck in ********* for four days without being turned over to ***** I find it hard to believe that this company is legit. They seem to be utterly incompetent at shipping. I will ask my credit card company for a refund if the package does not arrive by the end of this week.
