      My package has been missing for three weeks. There has been no shipping update and when contact OSM, they notified me it was in the possession of ***** **** stated my package was not on the delivery pallet delivered by OSM and my package is still in the possession of OSM. When I called back again to address this issue, the customer service manager hung up on me and I havent had any responses to any emails. I would never recommend using this company, if a company ships your items through them immediately request a refund because you will never get your package. Extremely unprofessional and just scamming their customers at this point.
