I was notified about the time arrival, and the truck pulled up right on time. The main installation man was knowledgeable and efficient. After installing the dishwasher, he gave me a tour through the settings, loading process, Home Connect info. I am so impressed with the whole experience from purchase through installation.Abt Electronics & Appliances

*** going bad to worst they will sell you warranty for the half the price of washing machine and Kitchen appliances and when it will come to do the service they will make you run for the money after weeks waiting for someone to visit for new one year old dryer which is stopped working they changed my service call timing on the day of service call last minute and customer service person are like doing me favor sending service team to fix faulty dryer when I called them. They become big and now need to look for other service providers my 11 years old relationship ended after bad customer service. Don't buy there warranty its like scam from ***.Abt Electronics & Appliances

I am sorry the customer's service call was not at the time he expected. That said, his warranty pricing was roughly 15% the cost of the unit, not half as he asserts. He called in on 10/21 and his call was set up for 10/29, not weeks later as he asserts. When he spoke to our store manager, he called him an f'ing idiot and asked if he was ********* a gross overreaction that matches his gross overstatement of the facts in his complaint.Review fromJames H

5 starsMy initial visit to check on products was great-TJ was very helpful and advised me with tons of info. As for Delivery it was also awesome- punctual and very efficient. Both men had given me additional info and advise on my products. Also very helpful in cleaning the area once the old appliances were removed. 5 starsVery professional. Called to let me know when they were coming and they were on time. We had an issue with the dishwasher install (due to an issue on our end). Appreciated they tried what they could, but also knew when to back off so as it to cause a further issue. Once we got that problem resolved, they came back and installed the dishwasher.
