Great experience with ABT. Sales person was professional and knowledgeable. Delivery and installation within a day. Installers were great and left a clean basement floor. Highly recommend them.

I had my doubts, I'll admit. I was nervous about damage during shipping but everything went according to plan. The delivery driver and his partner were on time, courteous, and professional. They unboxed the $4500 ******* fridge for me and put it right where I asked them to. It was in perfect shape and didn't receive a scratch. I trust Abt because I know they have been around for many years and are a reputable company.Abt Electronics & Appliances

They arrived when they said they would and were careful to not damage the floor, cabinets, etc. The installation went smoothly, we were shown an overview of how the new dishwasher operates. **** and his helper I believe his name is *** were kind, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took great care in the install of all my appliances. They also explained how to use the appliances. Expert installation with a lot of care. Also arrived at the time scheduled. Sales associates ******* and Stefaina were also kind, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything about the appliances I purchased. Excellent job by everyone at Abt.Abt Electronics & Appliances

They worked hard to remove the dishwasher, it was lower than the floor in front of it. They placed cut 2 X 4 in front to raise the new unit. Great job!Abt Electronics & Appliances

Our salesperson, ****, was fantastic. He listened to our need and wants and directed us to those appliances that would best match our wants and needs rather than trying to push us to something that was close and probably more expensive. There are not enough stars to rate the quality of the delivery and setup that I received. The extra care to detail and even correcting problems from previous installations to make this one the best possible. The gentlemen were extremely professional and courteous. They constantly kept me abreast of the progress and what was being done and right down to the final walk through of each appliance and it's operation before they left.
