    My concern with a defective part was addressed promply and resolved to my complete satisfaction..and this was the second time in 11 months and both times they gave me exceptional service ....wouldnt hestitate to do business again with them!

    I had a technical issue while setting up an airplane and Motion's tech support specialist by the name of ***** fixed me up straight away! The issue was with equipment that interfaced with Motion's equipment and ***** was able to resolve the issue in a very short time.Spectacular!

    Fantastic customer service! They were fast to respond to an issue I had, and found a great solution. They shipped a new motor free of charge for a plane in warranty - literally in matter of hours from the first email I made.With this level of service, i will be more than happy to support this business and keep buying from them.

    Good company and good delivery schedule. It's plain to see product specs, etc.I sometimes fine the website to be a trifle tedious to manage but now that I am more familiar with its quips and tricks, I can navigate better.I have used Motion RC for several large purchases that would have gone to a couple of other, more traditional online vendors used in the past.Motion RC is my new Go-To vendor now

    After receiving a plane that had a factory assembly defect (stripped motor mount) I contacted customer support, and after several emails of excellent communication, they shipped me a replacement fuselage free-of-charge, along with new mounting hardware. A huge shoutout to ******, and **** in ****************** In this day-and-age of online retail support (Read: Land of chatbots, and "leave-a-message-and-we'll-never-call-you-back" support) MotionRC stands heads above the rest! Their Webpage is full of the latest items, easy to navigate, great tips,instructional videos, and overall a great company to deal with.
