  I would like to give a great big at-a-boy to the people at MotionRC for their efforts to find me a part I needed to repair my plane. The part was not available on the spare parts page. With out this part I would not be able to repair the plane. They did a great job and searched around and found a replacement part that fit perfectly. Thank you guys.

  I had a damaged right wing on my Blackhorse Feisler ******, and ordered a replacement. Once I put the new wing on the model, I found that it didn't match the other wing, due to a factory change in the location of the wing slot. I obviously could not fly it like this, so I contacted support and they reviewed the situation and immediately shipped out a new left wing to match the new right wing. Great work and super customer support! They quickly understood the problem and resolved it! I will always be a fan of Motion RC! Customer support like this is just unheard of in todays world! *************************

  Hello, my name is ************************* and i have been purchasing things from Motion RC for a few years now. I'm happy to say that i am pleased with their products and customer service. I recently purchased an aircraft from them that had a slight defect. After chatting with customer service and submitted a claim, their employee **** did a great job at handling my concerns and resolving my problem.   In the days where customer relation is long gone, ******************** still listens and followed up when I had trouble and question. I was new to EDF and rather complex model and suspected sequencer and VDC (? to lower voltage) were defective. I initially got upset with its response, but as soon as I explained in detail and proved they indeed were defective, Motion RC immediately shipped replacement parts. Later question on uncommon parts were very nicely answered and even included to use a bag to avoid losing that small part.

  As a fellow *********** owner, I know when things are damaged, it costs someone money. With that being said, Motion backed the product shipping damage with flying colors.   **************** is second to none. Unlike the other competitor to motion you can still call and speak to someone who is always more than happy to assist you with any questions or issues you may have come up. I will say the quality of all the products sold at motion are also second to none. I have been more than thrilled to do business with motion anytime at all possible! If your going to buy online motion is the way to go. Plus Ive never had an item take longer than 3 to arrive from ******** to ****. Thank you motion rc for all my rc needs!!! Also I know it matters to a lot of people they are also veteran owned. No excuse not to support motion!!

  Motion RC listened to my problem and was informative and considerate. They sent me out the replacement part I needed without hesitation. Great customer service and good products for the price. I recommend them highly.

  ****** at Motion RC Support delivered the most incredible service to me on a newly purchased BlackHorse FW 190A. Had an issue with one of the Retracts, and ****** had a shipping label set to me and item was returned for repair and shipped back to me in one week at zero cost to me.
