    Most of my business transactions with Motion RC are smooth as silk with no issues. Occasionally a problem will arise, Motion RC always picks up the phone when I call or email and work the issue to resolve it in a timely manner. I am very pleased with Motion RC's product lines, customer service and their commitment to this RC Modeler/hobbyist in ensuring that my needs/wants are met to my satisfaction. Very friendly staff and very easy to conduct business with Motion RC.

    Motion RC (MRC) has been at the top of my RC Airplane needs, since they opened shop. Ive made literally hundreds of purchases at MRC and with the handful of issues that Ive had in those purchases, they have NEVER failed to take care of me or my concerns. I will continue to shop MRC not just because of their customer service, but because they have the finest quality RC products that I use/need. MRC has earned their reputation from doing the right thing first, and selling a quality product. As long as MRC continues doing what they do, I will continue giving them my business.

    I did like that I received a response, but I had to wait for several days. I never was helped. I had to much time waiting, so I diagnosed the issue myself and have parts on the way. I give 4 stars cause Motion RC tries to make things right. A response is better than no response at all. Thank you Motion RC. I will make purchases from Motion RC in the future.

    Have had several good experiences ordering from Motion RC in the past. However, my last order suffered two problems...one not unusual and one very frustrating. I'm pleased with the friendly, professional way Motion RC dealt with the problems, especially the frustrating one as I'm sure they were as frustrated as I was. All came out well in the end. Wonderful customer service.

    I have been a customer of ******************** for several years. I am sure I was one of their first customers. Over the years I have purchased, more than I can remember, numerous airplanes, jets, tanks, and a few boats. All of them have met or exceeded my expectations. The quality and bang for the buck are always above par. The few issues I have had have been resolved quickly and with a friendly disposition.     My customer service experience with ******************** was very pleasant. After answering a few questions and providing information to support my issue, staff at Motion conducted a query and quickly determined the resolution to my problem was a replacement part and sent the replacement part in a timely manner. I would definitely continue to do business with Motion RC.

    I ordered 4 metal gear servos & by accident they sent me 2 plastic ones. Contacted Motion RC both ************* together are sending 2 metal ones. Great customer service & will continue to order from them. Thumbs up to all the great service.
